Evaluating the appropriateness of selected methods of valuation of houses in the Ústí nad Orlicí with an emphasis on civic amenities

This thesis deals with the analysis of the valuation methods and their mutual comparison and assessment of suitability. The theoretical part presents the basic concepts associated with the valuation of real estate valuation methods for the analysis of the type of property house and the notion of civic amenities. In the practical part of the work five houses in the Ústí nad Orlicí are described and measured. The main object of this work is to compare the impact of service availability on the marketability of houses and evaluate which of the methods reflect the amenities most accurately. Another object of this work is to evaluate the difference in the two possible procedures landscaping cost calculation method according to the current pricing regulation. Finally is made a comparison of the valuation methods and evaluate the most appropriate method.
Historical development of rural areas in the Czech Republic and abroad

The main target of the thesis is working on the process of historical development of rural areas in the Czech Republic and abroad. Describing the different roles of rural settlements in the country and then comparing the situation with present day. Partial target is, for example, describing factors that influenced the settling or bringing demographic and socio-economic conditions of rural areas in the past and comparing it with the present time. The future of rural areas can have several forms. The future depends mainly on the regional and local conditions. But the future of rural areas depends primarily on the people who often become leaders and actors of local development and with their vigor and enthusiasm can motivate the others. The thesis is developed through research.

Economic and socio-cultural implications of developing shopping centers in the historical centers

The subject of this bachelor work is to analyze the impact of building large shopping centers in the historic core of the cities of Minsk and Prague, as well as to identify the existing problems and to design solutions. The work consists of two parts: the first part is a theoretical one, where theoretical knowledge, serving as a background for the practical part, will be processed with the help of expert sources. The second part is a practical one, it presents a choice of two shopping centers "Palladium" and "Stolitsa" and evaluates the consequences of their erection.
Economical, spatial and socio-cultural impacts of large shopping centers building

This thesis analyzes the economical, spatial and socio-cultural implications of large shop-ping centers on their surroundings. The theoretical part summarizes the current situation in the Czech Republic, compares the international findings and depicts the possible impacts of the mall development. The practical part applies the results to the case of the City Park Jihlava shopping center. It identifies and evaluates particular consequences caused by the construction of this mall and suggests ways to correct some of them.
The tourist capacity of municipalities and it ´s economic benefit

The main goal of the thesis is analyzing of each municipality territory for being able to evaluate its touristic potential. There are defined individual spheres of potentials which are common for both municipalities in the final chapter. Based on it the optimal solutions have been projected for increasing of the touristic attractiveness.
