Předmětem této bakalářské práce je analýza dopadů budování velkých nákupních center v historických jádrech měst Minsk a Praha s cílem nalézt existující problémy a navrhnout jejich řešení. Práce obsahuje dvě části. První část je teoretická, kde za pomoci odborných zdrojů budou zpracované teoretické poznatky, které slouží jako podklad pro zpracování části praktické. Druhá část je praktická, v ní jsou představena dvě vybraná nákupní centra Palladium a Stolitsa a zhodnoceny dopady jejich vybudování. The subject of this bachelor work is to analyze the impact of building large shopping centers in the historic core of the cities of Minsk and Prague, as well as to identify the existing problems and to design solutions. The work consists of two parts: the first part is a theoretical one, where theoretical knowledge, serving as a background for the practical part, will be processed with the help of expert sources. The second part is a practical one, it presents a choice of two shopping centers "Palladium" and "Stolitsa" and evaluates the consequences of their erection.
