Effective use of 3D Cad systems in the field of process engineering-II
Marek, Tomáš ; Dvořák, Radek (referee) ; Pavlas, Martin (advisor)
The aim of this work was adoption and description of correct technigues of creation basic mechanical components under CAD system SolidWorks. This gained know ledge was then used for creation of library of standard parts used in process engineering with focus on design of pipeline systems. Conceretaly, the assembly of flouged circular Y-branch for duct system was solved. The possibility for its further modification of dimension as well as transformation into parts of similar shape was analysed. Finally, user manual describing the user interface and necessary design procedures was prepared.
Effective use of 3D Cad systems in the field of process engineering-III
Hájek, Zdeněk ; Dvořák, Radek (referee) ; Pavlas, Martin (advisor)
The thesis is concentrated on point of effective use of 3D CAD system SolidWorks in process engineering. This system is able to use for pipe systems besides its commonly expanded support in standard mechanical engineering. The aim is to create the library of standard parts and to create data for teaching SolidWorks in process engineering. Data are created in text form and in video form as instructing videos. The first part of the thesis contains the description of SolidWorks system, all its functions and modules. The second part contains the description of right procedures of individual parts, assemblies and drawing documentations creation. We aimed on conversion of circle-square air-conditioning pipe and flanges. The evaluation of all points of issue is mentioned in the conclusion.
Simulation of Heat Transfer in Low-Voltage Switchboard MNS
Czudek, A.
The content of this work is the diagnosis of the temperature profile of industrial low voltage switchboards. Place of origin, flow and heat dissipation are important aspects in the design of the cabinet, particularly with regard to the layout of your devices. The correctness of the design cabinet can be verified by measuring the temperature field practical cabinet during testing or in work mode. Another option is to simulate the temperature profile of the low voltage. This can prevent waste of materials and saving money for the development
Technical aspects of the use of 3D printing in the education at elementary school
CVRČEK, Tomáš
This thesis in the beginning deals with the history of 3D printing and its development. For better understanding the nature of 3D printing are the significant technologies that includes. Professional part includes work with the printer MakerBot Replicator 2X. Mechanical parts of the device are analyzed together with the operating software MakerBot DesktopThe following chapter is dealing with the limits and restrictions when it is printed on said 3D printer, except that describes important aspects when working on the printer. For the creation of electronic models are suggested appropriate programs for use in elementary school. A significant milestone is forming the problems of 3D printing, which can serve as a guide for the elimination of print quality problems, malfunctioning of 3D printers and others. Interesting models are designed for teaching physics and working activities that the students facilitate understanding of the substance of the response and act as activating element within lesson. It was created a list of important sites where you can find models suitable not only for teaching in elementary schools, but also for other purposes. The last chapter deals with the economic aspect of 3D printing.
The composition of assemblies in SolidWorks software
LOJÍKOVÁ, Barbora
The bachelor thesis deals with creating of sets in the Solid Works programme. The first part is dedicated to the history of the SolidWorls programme and its versions. The second part introduces the environment, a visual presentation of modeling of a piece from draft until composing of models in an actual set. The work's concept is intended to be used in the educational field "Design And Construction at Primary School and Multi-Annual Grammar School."
Creating of assemblies in CAD system of SolidWorks
HANKOVEC, Tomáš
This paper deals with creating of assemblies in a paramametric modelar programme of SolidWorks. The very first part is dedicated to the problematics of integration of teaching of the SolidWorks programme into the primary schools. The next part is about the programme of SolidWorks and its user´s interface of individual parts, from creating of parts to making assemblies and motion studies. The core of the work is consist of several examples that are used to practice the problematics explained.
Use of 3D CAD system SolidWorks for teaching the foundations of descriptive geometry
HEŘMAN, Michal
The topic of this thesis concerns computer software for 3D modelling SolidWorks and its use for descriptive geometry problems creation. Descriptions of techniques of work in SolidWorks 3D parametric modeller are a part of this thesis, as well as the work with the software itself and description of problems being solved by it. Thesis also includes options of possible use of the final interactive gadget at basic and elementary schools. Moreover, in conclusion there is described to what extend it is appropriate to use SolidWorks software for descriptive geometry problem solving and when some problems might occur.
Theory of metal machining in 3D applications created with software SolidWorks
BULÁNEK, Jiří
This diploma thesis addresses the issues associated with the theory of chip machining of metals. The theories are supported in many chapters by illustrative images created in the SolidWorks 3D modeler. The introductory part is rather theoretical, describing integrally and systematically the basic terms of splinter machining. The subsequent chapters address the issues of the turning tool edge geometry, different types of tools? materials, chip development, forces, work, temperatures and heat emitted during the work. Furthermore, the diploma thesis also addressed issues related to the machining efficiency. Finally, the conclusion of the thesis consists of a description of the basic types of milling and turn machining
Assemblies in SolidWorks 3D parametric modeller with the intention of creating building hardware libraries
VOLAVKA, David
The preamble of the bachelor work describes the development of CAD systems and explains the basic concepts of this issue. Further the work is focused on technical documentation and outlines for the preparation of technical drawings. The work deals with the description of the formation of our two most famous computer programs - Autodesk Inventor and SolidWorks 3D parametric modeller, on which this work is mainly focused. There are modelled two door hinges from two different manufacturers in the practical part. Modelling is implemented in the SolidWorks 3D parametric modeller, in which these door hinges are created through the individual assemblies and parts.
Use of electronics product definition for the development of differentially pumped chamber
Maxa, J. ; Neděla, Vilém
Environmental scanning electron microscope creates new possibilities in the field of examination various types of specimens and their phases. The article analyses 3nd compares the results of air pumping measurement for selected shapes of the differentially pumped chamber to create vacuum, using the Cosmos FloWorks system.
