Constitutional evolution in Czech countries before and after 1989

The aim of the work is to analyze and compare the Constitutional Act No. 100/1960 Coll., The Constitution of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic and the Constitutional Act No. 1/1993 Coll., The Constitution of the Czech Republic. The work also deals with a summary of historical facts that precede the formation of both constitutions and a summary of constitutional development from 1960 to the present. The bachelor's thesis draws next to constitutional acts also from stenographic protocols from the digital repository of the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic and so far, rich professional literature.
