IoT Gateways Network Communication Analysis

Současné brány internetu věcí jsou nejčastěji vyvíjené soukromými společnostmi. Toto tvoří základ pro proprietární software, o němž výrobci zveřejňují jen málo informací. Proto je pro získání znalostí o způsobů chování těchto zařízení nutné sledovat jejich síťový provoz. Cílem této práce je prozkoumat síťovou komunikaci několika komerčně dostupných bran pro domácí použití a na základě získaných dat porovnat jednotlivé brány, ověřit výsledky již existujících studií v tomto odvětví IT a zjistit možné bezpečnostní nedostatky těchto produktů. Síťový provoz byl odchycen v rámci uzavřeného prostředí. Získaná data prošla analýzou pomocí nástrojů Zeek a Wireshark. Získané znalosti zhodnocují stav zabezpečení IoT bran pro domácnost. Odchycená datová sada je volně publikovaná za účelem dalšího výzkumu.

Active controllable frequency filter in current mode

The aiml of this work is to study the principles controllable frequency filters in the current mode. Is realized multifuctional current filter. Summarizes the general characteristic of the current components. Work focuses mainly on current conveyors CCII. Circuit is used here EL 2082 as a basic building element. The second chapter discussed the characteristics of filters, the third contains a description of the basic active circuit. The next chapter deals with the simulation, and the last presents the measured results.

Design of Accelerator for Oncological Therapy

The aim of this diploma thesis is the design of linear accelerator for oncology treatment. The design focuses on the improvement of the aesthethical side of the accelator, but also comes up with inventional solutions how to improve the radiation treatment of oncology patients to higher the chances of successful treatment of cancer.

Broadband dielectric resonator antennas

The diploma project deals with the numerical modeling, implementation and measurement of dielectric dipoles excited by a coaxial probe. Attention was turned to shape optimization of dipoles from the viewpoint of ultra wideband parameters in the band group 6. (“Bandgroup 6“). Two antennas exhibiting the best parameters were fabricated. Results of measurements were compared with simulation results. Simulations and measurements were in agreement. For the simulations, we use program CST Microwave Studio.

The topic of my bachelor thesis is designing a self-service bread cutting machine. The project is focused on improving the esthetical side of the machine, but also comes with inventional ergonomic and technological solutions concerning the operation of the machine and its cutting system.

Hans-Georg Gadamer and the Method of Interpretation

In 1981, Gadamer gave his Text und Interpretation speech at a Paris conference. He emphasized the role of interpretation as a wholly fundamental phenomenon shaping our overall relation with the world. All knowledge seems to be dependent on interpretation, as Gadamer claims in Wahrheit und Methode, his central work, as early as 1960. The work's key term is interpretation, taken from Gadamer's later lecture, as it narrows hermeneutic interpretation, focusing it on one specific problem. Gadamer's hermeneutics is treated as a correct interpretation methodology of sorts - a position Gadamer himself always denounced. The decision is intentional and will be explained and defended in the text. This approach will allow Gadamer's general propositions to be tested in a real, concrete situation.
