CARBON Visitor Center
Wolf, Tomáš ; Šindlar, Jiljí (referee) ; Marek, Jiří (advisor)
This thesis is devoted to the design of a visitor centre to be located on the territory of the industrial area of the Frenštát Mines in the village of Trojanovice. The design is based on the official architectural and urban planning study prepared by the KAMIL MRVA ARCHITECTS studio and seeks to work with space and spatial relationships in a modern way. The main objective is to attract new visitors and enrich the lives of the future residents of this modern neighbourhood. The design uses openness and enclosure of space to interact harmoniously with each other, creating an organic and connected environment. The aim is to reflect and reflect the character of the area on which the visitor centre will be located, creating a space that is welcoming and functional for visitors and future residents. The theoretical foundations of architecture are key elements in the design of a visitor centre. Spatial relationships are carefully considered and optimized to maximize the use of the space while maintaining its functionality. The overall design is therefore adapted to modern architectural trends and reflects the requirements of the times. The result is a visitor centre that is not only aesthetically impressive, but also fully functional and adapted to the needs of visitors and future residents. The resulting space is harmonious and connected, contributing to a pleasant visitor experience and a quality living environment for the future residents of this modern neighbourhood.

Wolf, Tomáš ; Palíšková, Marcela (advisor) ; Nykodýmová, Petra (referee)
This bachelor work aims to explain updating of benefit system in company X along with employee satisfaction and their motivation. Firstly, in theoretical section, I will explain benefits generally, what is their use and what motivation should it give to employee. I am also going to specify basic terms of benefits and afterwards I will continue to talk about benefit problematics. In this section, my main sources are academic books and other scripts. Furthermore, in practical section, I am going to aim for updating benefit system in company X, which is several years old. Related to this topic, there are many areas I will talk about, such as employee satisfaction and their motivation. For this research, I have chosen question-form research, which is a quantitative research method. Employee of X company will be answering six questions, five of them will be mandatory and one optional. Questions refer to existing current benefit system in firm. Recommended solutions will be presented from final answers of research. These recommendations should lead to higher employee satisfaction, motivation and job performance.
Correlation between Wingate anaerobic test (WAT30) and on-ice field MM636 test
Wolf, Tomáš ; Dovalil, Josef (referee) ; Heller, Jan (advisor)
3 Abstract: The purpose of this study was to compare classic Wingate anaerobic test with on-ice specific field test MM636 and also evaluate reliability and validity of MM636. The MM636 uses an on-ice continuous skating protocol to induce a physical stress on a participant`s anaerobic energy system. Subject is instructed to skate at maximal speed back and forth 6 times 36m distance (blue base lines) with full equipment and stick. 22 elite junior ice hockey player age between 16-20 years perform both tests with one week rest pause between them. The maximal anaerobic power (Pmax) significantly (p<0,025) correlated (r = -0,45), while for anaerobic capacity (AnC) we found only non- significantly (p>0,1) correlation (r = 0,28) with Wingate anaerobic test. The blood lactate levels were very similar after MM636 and WAT30. The measured difference was only 0,5 mmol/l. The Reliability of MM636 during a retest were significant (p<0,001) for both AnC (r = 0,97) and Pmax ( r = 0,73). The MM636 appeared to be valid and reliable test, but only a poor correlation was observed between WAT30 and MM636 in this group of hockey players. Title: Correlation between Wingate anaerobic test (WAT30) and on-ice field MM636 test. Objective: Estimating validity and reliability of MM636 and measuring correlation between WAT30 and MM636....
