Aerobic Capacity Influence Possibilities in Parkinson`s Disease Patients

It compares two forms of training, a real one (group aerobic-resistant circuit training) and a virtual one (Xbox game console and Kinect sensor). To assess the effect of aerobic-resistant training following assessment was used: spiroergometric examination, UPDRS III motor score, 6MWT, MINI BESTest, PDQ-39 and lower limb muscle strength measuring. The study group included 8 patients with Parkinson's disease. The thesis confirms in a case report form the results of recently published studies that recomend aerobic-resistant training in patients with Parkinson's disease and briefly discusses the advantages and disadvantages of both examined forms.

The theme of this thesis are the possibilities of physiotherapy for patients with Morbus Bechterew. This thesis consists of theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part analyzes Morbus Bechterew (ankylosing spondylitis), it's causes, examination and treatment with emphasis on application of physiotherapeutic methods The empiric part describes course of physical therapy, the rehabilitation methods for treatment patients who completed spa treatment. The first part is about theory. It focuses on anatomy of the hip joint and biomechanics. It describes types of the total hip replacements, types of surgery and indications, contraindications and potential complications. It includes also rehabilitation, with rehabilitation procedures and special methods used in kinesiotherapy of the hip joint replacement. In second part there are 2 case reports of patients after the total hip artroplasty with short-term and long-term proposals of kinesiotherapeutic plan.
