Tématem bakalářské práce jsou možnosti fyzioterapie u pacientů s Morbus Bechtěrev. Práce se skládá z teoretické a empirické části. Teoretická část podrobně analyzuje Bechtěrevovu nemoc (ankylozující spondylitidu), příčiny vzniku, vyšetření a léčbu s důrazem na aplikaci fyzioterapeutických postupů. Empirická část popisuje konkrétní průběh fyzioterapie, základní rehabilitační postupy u pacientů, kteří absolvovali lázeňskou léčbu. U všech pacientů je provedeno vstupní a výstupní vyšetření, návrh rehabilitačního plánu a zhodnocení úspěšnosti léčby. The theoretical part analyzes Morbus Bechterew (ankylosing spondylitis), it's causes, examination and treatment with emphasis on application of physiotherapeutic methods The empiric part describes course of physical therapy, the rehabilitation methods for treatment patients who completed spa treatment.
