3D model of Strejc church in Židlochovice

The subject of this diploma thesis was geodetic survey of the object Strejcův sbor in Židlochovice and its following post processing, including making of building drawings and 3D model. In the introduction is the thesis informing about the object of interest and locality. Following chapters describes data collecting, its post processing and drawings and 3D model creating. The results are used as a documentation for purpose of reconstruction.
The Mapping Survey of the locality Babice nad Svitavou

The aim of this thesis was to topographic and altitudinal plans karst phenomena tachometric method in the field at the rear Babic Svitavou and copy thematic maps at a scale of 1 : 500th The measurement output is connected to a mandatory reference systems S- JTSK and Bpv . Functional map and a list of coordinates of specific points CHKO will be handed over management of the Moravian Karst.
Application of the Decission Making Theory in GIS in the locality of Nový Lískovec

The diploma thesis deals with multicriterial analysis in geographic information systems. Multricriterial decision making is applied in locality of Nový Lískovec and deals with problems connected with housing in panel block of flats located in this locality. The main aim of the thesis is use right method for multicriterial evaluation of this locality by the most important criteria for housing, graphical expression of these factors by GIS and assessment and evaluation the best variants resulting from specific values of criteria. In the thesis is subsequently addressed issue of GIS, multicriterial decision making, locality of Nový Lískovec, collection of input documents and process of spatial analysis. The thesis points out at the application GIS for estate agencies or others organizations providing housing offers and graphical displaying the best variants based on a many search-housing criteria.
3D model of selected object

The subject of the thesis is to create a 3D model and technical report of Letohrádek Mitrovských in Brno. I started with the history, location and description of this object. Other part of my work is focused on making of 3D model. I have made two different models in two different programs. The main spatial model has been made in program AutoCAD and additional model in program 123DCatch. Thesis will be provided for usage in the future for the administrator of object Letohrádek Mitrovských in Brno.
Surveying of historical monument in locality of Žerotice

Application of Spatial Analyses Using GIS Technology for Purposes of Real Estate Market

The master's thesis deals with possibilities for using of spatial analyses for purposes of the real estate market in using geographic information system. The focus of this thesis is on the issues for the search of appropriate documents for project development in GIS and data processing. For the definition of functional spatial analyses are followed criteria of the property location, building location, transportation accessibility, availability of services, physical and geographical parameters, positive and negative effects of the environment, restrictions on use. GIS project is presented as an interactive map containing the input data and the individual spatial analyses which describe the analyzed factors or criteria affecting the real estate market. The results of analyses represent the advantage possibilities of using GIS for dealing with appropriate of practical use for the purpose of the real estate market.
3D model of selected object

The aim of this thesis is creation of 3D model by a selected program. In the introduction of the thesis is a brief description of chosen object – St. Václav's temple in Brno. Next follows preparation works before measuring, creating of measuring net by GNSS and measuring of object by tachymetric method. In the following chapters is briefly described 2D and 3D computer graphic and program AutoCAD Civil 3D, which was used for create resulting model of the object.
3D model of church in Moravský Svatý Ján. municipality

This work is focused on measurement of the historical object, church of St. John the Baptist, in Moravslý Svätý Ján and on creating of 3D model of this object. The object was measured by surveying methods. The reflectorless total station Leica TCR 803 power and GNSS aparature Leica Viva GS08 NetRover were used for measurement. 3D model of the object was created by software Bentley MicroStation V8i and Trimble SketchUp. The model of church was subsequently inserted to the database of 3D models of buildings of application Google Earth. The model will be available for the public on Google Earth as important landmark in the village.
Methodology using GIS technology in real estate engineering

The doctoral thesis deals with the interdisciplinary issue of variants evaluation from real estate engineering, multi-criteria analyses and geographic information systems, and represents the technological ways of the visual aspect related to mutual spatial relations of real estates. The thesis describes the design and verification of methodology dealing with the use of GIS technology in real estate engineering. The primary element of the methodology is the locality as a fundamental determinant of the real estate market objects to which strictly applies a unique characteristic of spatial information. The object location as such is defined by a large number of criteria that need to be spatially analysed. For the needs of spatial analysis was chosen combination of GIS technology with multi-criteria methods (MCDA) which evaluate variants of the problem. Objective determination of a suitable combination of weighting methods and multi-criteria methods is part of the methodology. An objective determination should lead to a reduction in the human factor risk by determining preferences and variants. The proposed procedures are validated on case studies which were dealt with in specific projects. This methodology should be beneficial not only for the criteria evaluation of price comparison in real estate engineering but also for several areas of multi-criteria decision making in terms of space and location-related data.
