The effects of parental divorce on children's achievements at the second grade on primary school

This bachelor thesis is devoted to the effects of parental divorce on a child's achievements at the lower secondary stage of elementary school. I divided the theoretical part into three consecutive parts. The first part I devoted to the definition of the term divorce, in the second part I described child evolution at the lower secondary stage of elementary school and in the final part I concentrated on the definition of the function and role of family which affect the healthy development of the child and successful socialization. Practical part is based on a questionnaire survey and deals with the effects of divorce on the individual's school achievement.
