Bachelor thesis focuses on draft amendments to the concept of motivation in the company. The theoretical part explains the concepts related to motivation, and remuneration of employees in the company. In analysis part is describe current status with his shortcomings. Motivation systém goals is finding the best ways to improve business operations. In design part will address how to resolve systems for finding new opportunities for employees, a contribution to transport to work, gift vouchers, a free last working day and health benefits.

The thesis focuses on human resources management specifically individual area of personnel activity and their approach in a firm. The first part of this work is focused on theoretical outcome and their precise limitation of the topic. In the second part, there is an analysis of human resources management in a particular firm. At the end of this dissertation there are formulated specific proposals and recommendations for a given corporation.The changes are with regards to personal management, which are based from the practical survey founded on the theoretical findings. All recommendations and suggestions were set in accordance with current state of the company.
Cryptanalytic attacks on the cipher PRINCE

This work surveys and studies the most practical attacks on round reduced versions of the cipher PRINCE. Specifically, concepts of integral cryptanalysis and meet-in-the- middle attacks are discussed. A new 4.5-round integral distinguisher with lower time and data complexity is presented. A new meet-in-the-middle attack on seven rounds of the cipher with low data complexity is proposed. A Python 3 reference implementation of the cipher as well as of some of the integral attacks is provided. 1
Linear version of Holub's algorithm

This work studies a linear agorithm which decides if a given word is a fixed point of any nontrivial morphism. This work also contains a description of auxiliary data structures which are crucial for linear time complexity of the algorithm. A Java implementation of the algorithm is provided along with a step-by-step visualization for particular input words. 1
