Removal of micropollutants from wastewater by adsorbtion.

The aim of the thesis is to create a research on the issue of adsorption of micropolutants with a subsequent focus on biochar. The first part therefore deals with the micropolutants themselves, the origin of their formation in wastewater and their negative impact on the health of organisms. It also deals with adsorption technology, discusses its basic knowledge necessary to grasp the topic and describes known adsorbents and their use. It pays special attention to biochar. The second part of the thesis deals with practical filter tests of adsorption abilities of biochar on wastewater from tunnel maintenance and treatment carried out in the laboratory of the AdMaS centre.
The Footbridge

The goal of this diploma work is a proposal and structural survey of wooden bridge for pedestrians and cyclists over the water area. The bridge is situated into the area of town Jihlava. A clingy slat wood and steel construction elements have been used for construction proposal. Bridge span is being used as 50 metres. Generally two variations of bridge constructions have been elaborated, variation A and variation B, of which variation A has been elaborated in more details.
Multipurpose Sport Building

This thesis deals with the design of the construction of multipurpose sport building. Hall ground plan dimensions are 30 x 48 m. Height of the hall is 17 m. Sports building is designed in the Brno locality.The load - carrying construction system consistis of a transversal truss beams composed of tube profiles.Transversal beams are supported by joint bearings. The calculation was done in the Scia Engineer software.
Use of advanced oxidation processes in pool water treatment

The research part of the thesis is focused on the use of advanced oxidation processes in the treatment of swimming pool waters. In the first part, the common disinfection technologies that are used domestically and abroad for the treatment of swimming pool waters are described. In the second part, the research focuses on the basic types of advanced oxidation processes used in swimming pool facilities and other similar laboratory-scale technologies with potential for future use in the spa industry. The practical focus of the thesis consists of two parts. In the first part, data from a questionnaire of selected swimming pool facilities in the Czech Republic are processed, which summarizes what technologies are used in the treatment of swimming pool waters in the Czech Republic. The second part consists of a case study that analyses the effect on the quality of treated water before and after the installation of advanced oxidation processes system in the pool recirculation circuit.

Trávníček, J. Possibilities to increase the competitiveness of small and medium-sized wineries. The diploma thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2017. The diploma thesis is focused on the possibility of increasing the competitiveness of small and medium-sized wine companies in the Czech Republic. Primary research was in the form of a questionnaire survey and was filled out by 77 SMEs, divided according to the contest rules of Winery 2014 were also obtained in-depth interviews with the finalists of Winery 2014 in the category of small and medium-sized wineries consequently a winery: Kořínek, Špalek, J. Stávek, Sonberk, Vladimír Tetur and Žernoseckým winery, which is used for benchmarking. Subsequently, the determination of whether a key factor in the success of small wineries know-how, a key factor for the success of medium-sized winery special regime growing of grapevine using Pearson's chi-square test of significance level of 5%. In both cases, rejected independence. Another key factor in the success of small and medium-sized wineries, vineyard ownership is verified by a one-sided test of the relative frequency of significance level of 5%. When more than 60% of SMEs in the field considered owned vineyards as crucial to maintaining a sustainable competitive advantage. Finally, it is recommended to increase employee know-how with the help of universities and professional organizations. Planting and buying vineyards and their cultivation in a particular mode of cultivation.

This bachelor thesis is focused on the marketing strategy Vinařství Kořínek s. r. o. The first part of this thesis focuses on the theory of marketing, marketing strategy and marketing of services. Furthermore, the tools of marketing communication and analysis of the external and internal environment in relation to the specifics of the wine industry. In the practical part compares win-eries and gives information about the company. Everything is evaluated using SWOT analysis and conclusion are reviewed current strategy and made suggestion for improvement.
