Position of spouses in insolvency proceedings

This diploma thesis describes the main specifics of position of spouses in insolvency proceedings, which is recently more and more relevant, but there is a lot of application and interpretation ambiguilties, which are related with this topic. This problem is by degrees solved by case law. The content of the diploma thesis is divided into four chapters. In the first chapter, the author gives a brief description of the history of the insolvency proceedings. The author's attention is paid especially to the regulation, which preceded the force of the Act. No. 294/2013 Coll., which changes the Act No. 186/2006 Coll., on insolvency and its solution modes (Insolvency Act) and Act No. 312/2006 Coll., on insolvency administrators. The emphasis is placed on the three ways of discharge of debts, which were possible for spouses in that time. The second chapter, defines terms, that are closely related to the topic and are necessary for further treatise of insolvency proceedings. These are marriage, common property of the spouses, insolvency proceedings and its solution modes. The third and also the main chapter of the whole work is devoted to discharge of debts of spouses. Title: Business plan - fitness centre Objectives: The main objective of this thesis is to develop a business plan of the newly emerging CrossFit Gym in downtown of Mladá Boleslav and to verify the feasibility of the project. Methods: First part includes theoretic basis needed for understanding this issue. There are important terms, structure and principles explained in this part. In the second part methods of financial analysis and scoring model for analysing competition are used. Results: Business plan for establishing a first CrossFit gym i Mladá Boleslav showed that the gym has potential to succeed and prosper in the market. All analysis results are displayed using tables. In comparsion with competitors it offers new, trendy product. Price is higher than the competitors, but comparable to other CrossFit gyms in the Czech Republic. Financial Aspects of Municipalities Doing Business

This bachelor thesis "Financial Aspects of Municipalities Doing Business" presents an analysis of management of the city Chrast, focusing especially on business activity of the city. The main goal of this work is to evaluate the revenue from business of the city Chrast from 2011 to 2014 and their use for the funding of the city development. This work consists of two parts: a theoretical and a practical. In the theoretical part according to the selected literature and laws are defined the basic concepts concerning municipality, its financial management and budget. Then this work describes budget revenues, budget expenditure, specification of the municipal property and provision of public goods through established organizations. Business activity and types of business forms of the city are also explained in this work. The practical part is focused on the development of the financial management of the city Chrast, the analysis of financial management of a nonprofit organizations of the city, definition of subjects with which the city co-operates and an analysis of revenues from business activity of the city.
