The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of securing and recovery of receivables. The theoretical part defines receivables from the legal, accounting, tax and economic point of view. The analytical part captures the current state of receivables and the ways in which they are secured and recovered by a particular entity. The conclusion of the thesis contains suggestions for improving the system of securing and collecting receivables.

Development and present situation of Mountain rescue service

Title: Development and present situation of Mountain Rescue Services Objectives: The main goal of the bachelor thesis is to give an overview about historical development of Mountain Rescue Services in Czech Republic and to depict the most important milestones, which influenced the following events. In detailed way will be outlined the activity of Mountain Rescue Services at present time. Methods: For the bachelor thesis will be used collecting, sorting and interpreting of information. Based on exploration of facts will be reached the goal, which was set for this thesis. Results: Results of thesis confirm the longtime tradition and rich experiences of Mountain Rescue Services in Czech Republic, what became as a good base for functioning of organisation at present. It can be said that members of Mountain Rescue Services are ready and equipped to provide rescue under all conditions. Impact of the development and training of employees on the business results of the company

Předmětem diplomové práce je hodnocení dopadů vzdělávací akce uskutečněné v jedné z významných finančních institucí v České republice. Postup hodnocení vychází z amerického modelu, jehož základní charakteristiky jsou vyzdvihnuty v teoretické části. Praktická část práce se zabývá samotnou analýzou vlivu vzdělávaní, která byla provedena na základě interních dat šetřené společnosti a výsledků provedeného výzkumu. Závěr práce se věnuje zpětným vazbám osob, které byly v šetření zahrnuty, a možným návrhům na zlepšení současné situace v dané společnosti.
