The formation of trenches with a submicron width for advanced power semiconductor devices
Bolcek, Martin ; Jankovský, Jaroslav (referee) ; Szendiuch, Ivan (advisor)
This diploma thesis focuses on the optimization of photolithography process in the production of semiconductor devices. It contains theoretical basis of step by step photolithography process on a silicon substrate. It also describes metal-semiconductor contact and Trench Schottky Rectifier. The main goal of this thesis is design and optimization settings of photolithography process for the formation of trenches with a width of less than 0,5 µm. The new photolithography setup was verified across manufacturing process of trenches. The work was carried out in cooperation with ON Semiconductor Czech Republic, s.r.o. in Roznov pod Radhostem.
Optimizing of Temperature Processes by Photovoltaic Solar Cells production
Frantík, Ondřej ; SOLARTEC, Radim Bařinka, (referee) ; Szendiuch, Ivan (advisor)
This report occupy by technology RTA (RTP) - Rapid Thermal Annealing (Rapid Thermal Processing) and its use in practical application to oven type SHS1000 . Our attention is fixate to production solar cells of monocrystalline silicon.
Research and Development of 2D/3D Deformable Structures LTCC for Optoelectronic Applications
Somer, Jakub ; Pietriková,, Alena (referee) ; Husák, Miroslav (referee) ; Szendiuch, Ivan (advisor)
The doctoral thesis is focused on the research, development and production of deformation elements produced by LTCC technology for use in optoelectronic applications. A study of technological processes is carried out, with the emphasis on achieving accurate and reproducible mechanical component manufacturing so that these can be used on standard LTCC substrates in the commercial sphere. Therefore, available standard thick-film materials are used. The work also involves testing the suitability of the use of standard LTCC materials for selected sensory applications in which fiber optics are used to confirm the usefulness of the results achieved in practice. The dissertable core of the work is research and development of a technology using new principles and possibilities hidden in the mechanical parameters of LTCC structures, which are designed and used for the realization of deformation elements. The work also involves testing the suitability of the use of standard LTCC materials for selected sensory applications in which fiber optics are used to confirm the usefulness of the results achieved in practice.
Modeling of elementar part as component of electronics system
Psota, Boleslav ; Řezníček, Zdeněk (referee) ; Szendiuch, Ivan (advisor)
This work deals with behavior of the temperature dependent element that makes a part of thermodynamics system. The analyzed element makes a base for modern electronic packages and 3D systems. The aim of this work is to analyze the behavior of that element and to solve the virtual model of temperature dependent system. There are shown some practical applications as well.
Optimization of fabrication technology for ceramics packages
Pavlas, Ondřej ; Szendiuch, Ivan (referee) ; Skácel, Josef (advisor)
This bachelor thesis „Optimalization of fabrication technology for ceramics packals“ tackles the issues of ceramic packaging technology for microelectronics applications. This thesis deals with experimental production of ceramic packages from milling to sintering and the dispense printing with a straight capillary a tan angle 45°
Quality Analyze of Mobil Units
Sokol, Jaroslav ; Bžoněk, Tomáš (referee) ; Szendiuch, Ivan (advisor)
The management of quality more often penetrate into the sector of trade and becomes the important part of it. In the first part of my work I introduce the service department of Motorola Company . Also there are the most widely used statistic implements of the management of quality, which can be used for the improvement of the processes in the company. The base of the work is the analysis of brakedowns and their causes accured on reading units, repaired in the company. The result of the work is the corrective solution, which caused the rise of internal quality of the product, which was selected as the most problematic product on the basis of statistic control. The proposing solutions should rise internal quality by falling PPM under 20000. The most of proposing solutions were successfully implemented into the use.
Level Indicator for Water Reservoirs
Hluší, Martin ; Szendiuch, Ivan (referee) ; Hejátková, Edita (advisor)
This thesis addresses the issue of designing a device for evaluating the water level in water reservoirs. The research part of this thesis introduces and comapares types of level indicators in use. This thesis includes the description of designing the main logic for water level indication. The next chapter describes the program for the microcontroler and also adresses the choosing of the suitable Bluetooth module. Planning of the devices power suply layout with regard to longterm autonomous operation was also sorted out in the scope of this thesis. The mechanical structure of the device was designed based on the knowledge of the individual subsystems. Based on this mechanical structure, the printed circuid board was made. The application, specifically made for controling this water level indicator using mobile phone, was described in the end.
Harmonized FMEA analysis
Riabov, Mikhail ; Szendiuch, Ivan (referee) ; Novotný, Radovan (advisor)
The target of the diploma thesis on „Harmonized FMEA analysis“ is to familiarize with principles of quality planning and studying the theory of existing APQP tools. Another goal is to learn the basics of the new manual of harmonized FMEA analysis and discover some available SW tools for project support. This diploma thesis will be focused mainly on DFMEA analysis of traction assembly and the concept of changing to new harmonized version from VDA/AIAG will be explained. This concept meets the requirements for clear and comprehensible output required by the manufacturer, supplier, and customer. The diploma thesis is elaborated as a detailed clear guide for easier processing of FMEA according to the new manual.
