My diploma thesis is focused on export possibilities for Czech companies in Iraq. It gives information about Iraq entrepreneurial environment regarding cultural and business specifics of that territory. The main aim of mine was not only to show potential export fields but also particular forms of market entry and take into account all entrepreneurial risks. There are several successful Czech companies with lot of experience on Iraq market which can be shown as examples for others. I also wanted to highlight various government and non-government support of Czech export. This dissertation should serve as an export guide to Iraq and show all aspects of Iraq business characteristics on which exporters must be prepared for.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to guide a reader through a process of a creation of a business plan, its structure and content and above that it probes the practicability and profitability of a concrete business plan, which is focused on one of the possibilities how to effectively utilize a potential in a public transport for the marketing purposes. The main idea of this business plan arises from a conviction that existing ordinary advertising mediums in the public transport are not as attractive as they used to be few years ago and so the writer developed a business plan that utilize this scarcity and assume an establishment of a company named MetroVision which will come with a brand new and attractive product. This company is described in this plan in detail, including its financial plan for first five years.

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the evaluation of the emission trading system with greenhouse gases. The protection of the atmosphere is currently one of the world problems and in terms of that many legal regulations and international conventions were made to support this goal. The trading system is one of the accomplishments made in order to full fill these efforts. This thesis is aimed to comment and evaluate the entire utility of the system, its efectivity. The whole problem has been analysed from the view of the ČEZ, a. s. company.

Theoreticaly-methodological part offers a characteristic of SME, definition of media and their divisions and at last the instruction for proper elaboration of business plan. In the practical part the specific business plan is prepared on the basis of instructions from theoreticaly-methodological part.

Factors affecting the prosperity of a private dental office

The goal of the present thesis is to explore the activity and assess the situation of a private dental office and to propose measures to improve its prosperity. The results of the said analysis and proposals may be utilised by either the current practitioner-entrepreneur or her daughter, a fresh practitioner. It is a partial goal to identify the key specifics of dental practitioner entreprising. In the theoretical part, I focus my attention to the specifics of small and medium businesses and characterise the individual aspects of management, marketing, personal management, and financial management. In the practical part, I apply the gathered theoretical findings in identifying the factors affecting the prosperity of a private dental office and laying down proposals to maintain the current situation and improving it in the future. Some of the proposed measures have already been applied in practice in the course of completion of this diploma thesis.

Moreover I analysed in detail sale, business environment, financial plan and SWOT analyses of Company. At the end I did review of running Company on market based on information involved in each part of Business Plan.

Práce hodnotí strategii české společnosti Unisys s.r.o., která je součástí Unisys Corporation (společnosti, jež hraje významnou roli na světovém trhu služeb v oblasti informačních technologií), a na základě výsledků použitých analytických modelů formuluje doporučení pro budoucí strategii firmy. Stěžejními použitými modely jsou Model pěti sil M. Portera, rozšířená PEST analýza, interní analýza specifických předností a hodnototvorného řetězce firmy, SWOT analýza, dále analýza vize, poslání, konkurenční a investiční strategie a strategie růstu a rozvoje firmy.
