The bachelor's thesis deals with problems of XML document visualization and its definitions. It briefly summarizes development of XML, its characteristic and syntax. The thesis reviews various solutions for XML visualization and proper development tools for this purpose. The work also describes future goals of visualization and design of possible solution. The main goal was to create a simple and well-arranged application, witch will visualize mentioned XML documents interactively.

This thesis deals with the substantial steps for the creating of the real information system for editorial staff of the non-profit organization Brno Plus. The information system provides presentation of articles, video reports, photo galleries, cultural events of Brno cultural institutions. This thesis also deals with system personalization, design of data exchange module communicating via XML channels and module for advertising presentation and analysis.

This bachelor's thesis deals with issue of knowledge discovery in databases. This document is focused in getting rules from relation databases based on Microsoft SQL server or Oracle Data mining server. The practical part of this document is about design applications that run on both servers. These applications are programmed in asp.NET, C# for Microsoft SQL server and Java for Oracle server.

Interactive Visualization of XML

This work deals with the problem of visualization of the XML documents. The goal of it was to receive information about XML documents, to become a knowledge of their structure, to know the languages for their description and finally, to create functional application for visualization. This work contains a short description of the programming language Java, it points out to their advantages and the availability of use in programming application which works with XML documents. The reasons of XML visualization are given in this work, which includes brief descriptions of existing applications for visualization, too. Thereafter the scheme of the application and description of its implementation is worked out in it. The result of this work is an application called XMLvisualizer created in Java programming language.

Information System of the Firm "Cyklosport Pavka"

This thesis is concerned with creation of modular information system on the basis of submitter firm's requirements. The system is implemented by using Delphi 2007 and PHP5, built on databases Interbase 2007 and MySQL 5. It's aim is create functional prototype of information system, consisting of program unit for inventory control, program unit for managing service shop and program unit for e-shop. Design of this system is described using UML language. Core of the thesis is formed of implementation analysis of each single program unit.

Scaleable Internet Shop

The work inquires into questions of Electronic Commerce, which comes within the range of Electronic Business. The purpose is to create a system which facilitates generating and parallel operation of more internet shops by the web interface without the necessity of HTML knowledge. The application consists of two main parts: Administrative, where sellers insert and control offered goods, get survey of made orders and do the detailed setting of their shop. The second part is interface for customers, which serves for presentation and selling offered goods. The system is implemented in language PHP5 and relational database MySQL 5.0. User interface is created using the HTML, JavaScript and Cascade Style Sheets CSS.

Delivery Information System

The field of this work was to create a web application easing shipper's and carrier's work with consignments. The purpouse of the application is evidence of packages combined with label printing. A prewiew of present-day web application development techniques is provided first. Recent package delivery systems are discussed then. The application specification is the next topic. Implementation process using C# ASP .NET and the results of this work is analyzed in the last chapters.

Association Rule Mining

This bachelor's thesis is concerned with the association rule mining. The first part is devoted to the explanation of data mining technology and theory, which are necessary pre-steps for getting acquainted with association analysis. The next part focuses on the association analysis itself and explains the principals of algorithm Apriori in detail. The last part of the thesis describes the implementation and testing of algorithm Apriori in the Java programming language.

Program Suport for Fair Trade

This work has been created as a support for non-profit NGO Society for Fair Trade and Development Education. It's aimed to build a base of an information system, that will be able to integrate and simplify the organisation's running. In the actual version it's foremost about stock control system unifying the management of commodities on several affiliates and synchronization of book entries for accounting purposal. To make the further development easier, several modular components are introduced. The system is based on technologies of PHP and MySQL with additional functionality of JavaScript which is, for the sake of widest compatibility possible, minimalised and substituted with alternative solutions if possible.
