Assessment of Property Valuation Risks for Banking Institutions

The thesis deals with risks related to the valuation of real property for banking institutions. In the theoretical inputs are defined areas related to bank loans, especially mortgages, real estate valuation and value analysis. There is a considerable part focused on defining the risks associated with the of real property valuation for banking institutions. There is in the practical part already made a case study, which is focused on the risk assessment that can affect the value of the pledge of real property for providing a mortgage. To meet this aim, first step is to put value on selected property for the purpose of a mortgage. The next step is based on a questionnaire survey to specify risks that affect the value of the pledge and to prioritize it. At the conclusion of thesis are compared defined risks with risks obtained from the case study.
Risk Protection of a Built Structure in the Pre-investment Phase

The thesis points out all possible risks that are subsequently secured in a project of firming unpaved roads in cadastral unit Říčky. The theoretical part summerizes the details of the project, risks evident especially during the pre-insvestigation phase of the construction project and ways of solving the possible risks. The practical part deals with the identification of the particular project, includes listing of the risks and concludes with their prevention.

This diplom thesis focuses on risk management of a selected company using data analysis tools. The thesis comprehends two main parts. The first part addresses theoretical issues concering risk, risk management and data nalysis tools. It presents a number of indicator that can be used as an instruments for a company´s financial management. These idicators, indexes and models are then applied in second part in financial analysis of the firm Moravskoslezská spol. s.r.o.
Multifunctional house in gap site in Praha

The aim oh the thesis is the design of a multifunctional building including layout for a particular purpose and design of appropriate structural supporting system. The building is located in a city´s gap site and consists of office space, residential units, a shopping mall and areas for underground parking. The building has two underground and six aboveground floors and is covered by a flat roof. Supporting vertical and horizontal structures are made of reinforced concrete. The thesis consist of technical reports, which are arranged according to Annex 5 of Decree No. 62/2013 and graphic attachments.

The subject of the thes is is the development project AZ Tower, implemented by Brno developer PROPERITY Ltd. The thesis describes the process of construction, manager's work and management risks of the project. It also describes organizational structure of the company and project management process. The work also includes an analysis of the developer market in Brno, focusing mainly on logistics, office and residential development. The thesis tracks construction of new flats and property market development as well.
Activities of Real Estate Agencies

The aim of this thesis is to point out the lack of legislation at the current local real estate market, analyze the issues clients may encounter and compare the advantages associated with trading in cooperation with real estate agencies. The theoretical part introduces the basic concepts of the real estate market and its activities to the reader. Its comparison with the UK real estate market is especially interesting. The second part follows a case study in the form of a questionnaire, which processes the public opinion on the activities of real estate agency. Arrangements are suggested based on the results of the questionnaire to reduce clients’ dissatisfaction. The thesis concludes with a practical example of showing the advantages gained through the cooperation with real estate agencies.

Diploma thesis is about qualification prerequisites of submitter of public orders on construction works. There are analyzed particular selection procedures including open simplified under-limited procedure and small-range contract. After that there is presented practical part, the main point of this work is to determine which of the qualification prerequisites are for submitter of public orders the most important. Consequently there is recommended which of the qualification prerequisites in convenient to use.
Analyzes Real Estate Market in the Area and Financing Possibilities of

This bachelor thesis analyses real estate market in certain locality and ways of funding of particular property at determined market prices. In first theoretical part it explains basic terms of real estate market and identifies particular kinds of estate. Furthermore it describes formation of market prices and real estate market, researches possibilities of real estate funding. In second practical part there is done analysis of real estate market of Hradec Králové in particular, while it is divided to individual market segments for its every district; on model example there is described acquiring of funds for particular piece of real estate.
Energy demands balers with fixed and variable compression chamber

This bachelor thesis focuses on the comparison of energy demands of fixed- and variable- chamber silage balers. The first part of the thesis deals with the fodder plants (importance, crop and agrophysical characteristics) and pick-up balers (agrotechnical requirements, division, description and construction of balers). The second part contains measured values and results. To compare the energy demands I have chosen the fixed-chamber silage baler CLAAS ROLLANT 250 ROTOCUT and the variable-chamber silage baler KRONE VARIOPACK 1800 MULTICUT. With both balers I compared their unit weight, performance and fuel consumption measuring. The measuring took place during the hey and silage crops (three cuttings). The gathered data was used for further calculations.
