Design of cable container
Skopal, Vojtěch ; Skřivánková, Vendula (referee) ; Galas, Radovan (advisor)
The basic aim of this bachelor´s thesis is design of theater cable carrier for company EST Stage Technology, a.s. This solution must be demountable, for more economical transportation, while it has low weight and overall solid structure. The new cabel carrier uses the principle of self-locking and it was designed to be decomposable on five separated parts. Developed solution enables up to 50 % space saving and what is more there is a possibility to compose more distributed cable carriers on each other. The contribution of this work is the total financial savings, which relates to the reduction in manufacturing time and savings associated with the transportation.
The mechanical properties of AlSi9Cu3 aluminum alloy processed by SLM technology
Koutný, Filip ; Skřivánková, Vendula (referee) ; Paloušek, David (advisor)
This bachelor thesis aims to compare mechanical properties of cast AlSi9Cu3 aluminium alloy with its state after processing by the selective laser melting (SLM) technology. The theoretical part of this work presents general characteristics of aluminium alloys, focusing on their classification, mechanical properties and heat treatment as well as SLM technology processing. In the second part, we further discuss optimal processing parameters of the SLM 3D printing technology and compare mechanical properties of the conventionally cast AlSi9Cu3 alloy and the alloy processed by the SLM technology.
Desing of the carbon cap for the bike's fork
Gallo, Dominik ; Skřivánková, Vendula (referee) ; Košťál, David (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis discusses problems and solutions of design of the carbon crown for the bike's fork. It shows an overview of the possible implementation of the initial design up to final part. The output will be the crown made of carbon composite by mould pressing. For manufacturing the prototype form will be used 3D printing – Fused Deposition Modeling.
Device for grouting of two-component building materials
Zindulka, Martin ; Skřivánková, Vendula (referee) ; Svoboda, Petr (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor‘s thesis is design of a device for grouting of two-component building materials, which can be used for height work. The device is design as portable and powered by cordless drill. The first part contains a summary of current devices which are available. The second part is focused on description of parameters and final design of the device.
Research of interface between quartz and non quartz mould materials grains and geopolymer binder
Skřivánková, Vendula ; Burian,, Alois (referee) ; Cupák, Petr (advisor)
Presented thesis deals with monitoring of the properties of the interface between opening materials and geopolymer binder using three quartz and four non quartz opening materials. There is observed mainly the type of destruction of connective bridges. The theoretical part of the thesis briefly summarizes commonly used methods in foundries and monitors experience with implementation of geopolymers in different foundries. The practical part monitors shape of the grains of the chosen opening materials. There are writed down the results from the measurement of the bending strength and workability and there is observed the type of destruction of connective bridges.
Modern trends in radiographic procedures and methods in defectoscopy
Skřivánková, Vendula ; Vlašic, František (referee) ; Juliš, Martin (advisor)
Presented thesis deals with modern trends and techniques in radiographic methods of crack detection which are recently used in engineering practice. In the first part, conventional (analogue) radiography principles based on creating a visible image of tested object to radiographic film are discussed. The next part is aimed to the digital radiography and radioscopy. To digitize existing X-ray film images, application of storage phosphor plates (CR), flat panels (DR) and computed tomography (CT).
Evaluation of Mechanical Properties of Lattice Structures Made by 3D Metal Printing
Pliska, Jan ; Skřivánková, Vendula (referee) ; Vrána, Radek (advisor)
Additive manufacturing technologies allow manufacturing of complex structures which are near impossible to manufacture by other more conventional technologies. A fine example of these complex structures is a periodic metallic micro-cellular structure This bachelor thesis is focused on summarization of known mechanical behaviour of lattice structures manufactured via Selective Laser Melting. This study also investigates suitable comparison criteria for lattice structures. Required values for determination of material constants were obtained from mechanical testing of real specimens. For faster evaluation of mechanical testing, automatic script in MS Excel was created. Research showed up some of the major parameters characterising the mechanical behaviours of lattice structures. It is possible to compare qualities of lattice structures based on criteria presented in this work.
Proposal of a Risk Analysis Procedure in Technological Preparation for Foundry
Krčálová, Žaneta ; Skřivánková, Vendula (referee) ; Lacko, Branislav (advisor)
The author of this diploma thesis deals with the Proposal of a Risk Analysis Procedure in Technological Preparation for Foundry. Risk management is not currently applied in much detail at this present time. Analysis of the present risk management process in serial and prototype model tools will lead to the identification of risks within this discussion. It is then proposed for corrective actions for improvement of managing the current status to be presented and discussed. Target of this thesis is therefore the proposal of an updated risk analysis procedure in technological preparation for foundry.
