Analysis of the career path and survey of the opinions of primary school teachers on the introduction of career regulation

The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the career path and the survey of the opinions of primary school teachers on the introduction of career regulations. In the theoretical part, it defines pedagogical practice, further education, and professional development of pedagogical workers and the career growth of teachers. The main objective of the empirical part was to describe the opinion of pedagogical workers on the introduction of the proposed career order and to identify the current social influences that influence pedagogical workers when implementing the career order in practice. The secondary objectives were to describe how the professional career of a primary school teacher proceeds and to identify differences in the professional career of teachers in the context of their experience and age. The research investigation was based on a qualitative approach and a semi-structured interview method was used to collect data. The main objective of the work was fulfilled based on the Grounded Theory research design, and secondary objectives were achieved through open coding.
