Apartment building in Trutnov construction technology project

In my master´s thesis I am talking about solution of building a top rough construction technology in a block of flats. The content of my thesis are mainly worked out technical regulations concerning monolithic ceiling constructions and vertical load bearing constructions. Regarding the phase of the top rough construction, also there are a proposition of a building site organization, a technical report about the building site organization, a technical report about a building-technological project, solution of construction orgaization, a timetable, an item budget and a proposition of machine compositions.

Implementation of Roofing of Hotel in Třebíč

The aim of this bachelor´s thesis is the emplementation of roofing of hotel in the city of Třebíč. Technological projects for realization warm flat roof and for roof terrace were made. The inspections and the test plans deal with the quality of these processes. A budget and a time schedule have been drawn up as well, there is also a plan for a set of necessary machines. In addition, the thesis includes a project of site equipment and review of broader transport relation. For the most accurate data’s was made the laying plan.

Apartment Building - Javorová čtvrť II Praha - Building Technology Project

Theme of the diploma thesis is technical report of the technological project for apartment building AB – Maple district II Prague, which will be realized on Mantovska street, on the plot 539/39 in the district of Horní Měcholupy. For object AB is proccesed technical report of the technological project, studies of realization main technological phases, solution of wider transport relations with a focus on building supply , objects time and financial plan, time schedule, project for site facilities with drawing of five main technological phases, design of main construction machines and mechanisms, technological specification for realization of monolithic reinforced concrete of roughly lower and upper construction, including „white tank“, which forms a peripheral structure of lower construction, balance of workers and main machines, inspection and test plan for constructions from technological specification. As other assignment I make a itemized budget for rough construction, selected points of LEED certification, instructions for using a housing unit and plan of Safety and Helth protection during work.
