Family house with office

The subject of this bachelor thesis is completing the documentation of a building part to the new family house building with bureau premises in Velké Meziříčí. The family house is designed as a slab-on-ground facility with two floors above ground. The facility ground area is of a rectangular shape. The second floor above ground is roofed-over with a flat roof. Facility entrances are on the first floor above ground where there are bureau spaces and technical rooms of the family house. In the second floor above ground there is a quite zone of the householders with entrance to the passable terrace over the garage space. The carrier facility structure is created by a brick constructional system Porotherm with ceilings from ceramic inserts Miako. The facility floors are connected through a reinforced concrete staircase. The project documentation is draw-up according to currently valid laws, regulations and standards.
Family house in Čeladná

The Project adresses a family house in Čeladná. The building is brick made with two floors and basement under part of the house. Design is rougly rectangular with gable roof. Building is divided between one apartment and one beauty parlor. Object is placed into terrain with minimal elevation. Basement contains storage rooms and utility room. First floor is composed of common rooms for house inhabitans and rooms used for beauty parlor service. Second floor cointains personal rooms of house inhabitants.
Apartment building in Střelice

The aim of the bachelor’s thesis is a processing of the design documentation for the construction of apartment building in Střelice. The building detached with three above-ground and one underground floor. In the basement there is a gym, cellar and technical facilities. There are a total of eight apartments on upper floors consisting of: 4 apartments 4+kk and 4 apartments 2+kk. Most apartments have separate loggias. The building also includes eleven parking spaces and parking for garbage cans. The building is insulated with ETICS contact thermal insulation systém and the roof is formed by a flat roof.
FAmily house in Plumlov

It is a new family house. The house is situated in the Olomouc region in the town called Plumlov, cadastral area Plumlov. The building consists of the three floors. Two of them are aboveground and one is underground. In the first floor is a garage for one car. The family house is covered with wooden saddle shape trusses. The building is designed from the structural systém Heluz and contact insulation ETICS.
Family house with palce for bussiness

The aim of this bachelor thesis is creating a construction documentation for a detached house with a garage and a hairdressing salon. On the lower ground floor there is a cellar, technical room and a few recreation rooms. The hairdressing salon and common areas for the inhabitants are located on the 1st floor. The 2nd floor should serve as a rest area for the inhabitants. The whole building is two-story with a cellar. Vertical supports are made of permanent framework concrete prefabricates and a POROTHERM system, ceillings are purely of POROTHERM system. Roofing of the building is designed as one layer flat roof. The building is situated in moderate, almost flat terrain.
Hotel

The diploma thesis processes project documentation for the construction of a hotel building with a restaurant facility, which is situated on the outskirts of the western undeveloped part of the regional town Jihlava. The building has three floors and is covered by flat roofs. The hotel meets the conditions of a four-star (****) economic standard. It is designed with 24 accommodation units with a capacity of total 52 persons (4 persons with reduced mobility on the 3rd floor) and restaurant service for 92 guests, social facilities and kitchens. The apartments and guest rooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd floor. On the ground floor there is a representative space of the hotel composed of the entrance hall with reception , space for hotel management, space for technical facilities of the building and restaurant with its own kitchen. The building meets the requirements for zero-energy buildings with a combination of a high-quality construction solution with thermal insulation of building and other technological solutions such as photovoltaic power plants or deep boreholes for stepping pump heating The overall character of the building is emphasized by its architectural design in the light of modern lining of the ventilated facade using cement-fiber boards, whose two-color articulation emphasizes both simplicity and shape function of the building. This solution is combined with large glazed areas that give the building a feeling of spaciousness and evocative cleanliness.

The project addresses the social construction located in Frýdlant nad Ostravicí. The proposed building is called: Halfway House. The building is brick with contact insulation, has three floors and a basement. Roofed building is solved by a flat roof. The building contains 11 residential units and two private establishments. The object is fitted into a planar ground. In the basement there are storage rooms, technical facilities and ceramic workshop for leisure activities. On the first floor there is an area reserved for the space of two establishments, which are psychological and legal counseling. There is also wheelchair accessible studio facilities and operation of sanitary facilities. In the second and third floor there is a one-room for hotel and common areas.

The subject of this diploma thesis is design documentation of a multifunctional building. The object is located in village of Vsetín, set in flat terrain. The building is divided to 3 objects. Objects A and C are designed as a residential buildings, object B is the office building. The multifunctional building is with basement, it has four above-ground floors and its roofed with warm flat roof. The structural system of a building is made from ceramic blocks Heluz Family 30 with etics, structures and ceillings are made of cast-in-place reinforced concrete. The part of documentation is fire safety assessment, thermal assessment, acoustic assessment and the daylighting assessment.

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the design documentation of a new-build house of a detached house, designed for the housing of a four-member family. The object is located in a foothill area on a sloping terrain, accessible from adjacent local service communications. To the building leading a front door staircase and a terrain staircase leading to the main entrance on the first floor. Along the staircase leading the ramp to the garage door in the basement. The building has two above-ground floors and one underground floor. The building foundations are formed by foundation strips of plain concrete. The staircase and the ramp are separated by a gravity reinforced concrete wall due to the height elevation. The structural system of walls and ceilings are designed in the Porotherm system. The perimeter masonry is insulated with a contact thermal insulation system. The roof is made of warm flat roof with asphalt roofing. Access to the roof is by a steel ladder with a protective basket placing on the facade. In the basement there are a garage, three storage rooms and a workshop. On the ground floor there are a kitchen with a dining room, a pantry, a living room, a technical room, a bathroom, a toilet, a wardrobe and a terrace. On the first floor there are two children's rooms, a bedroom, a wardrobe, a bathroom, a toilet and a balcony.
