TITLE: Strategic plan of association Vraťme dětem pohyb, z. s. OBJECTIVES: The diploma thesis examines the strategic management of a nonprofit sport organization, respectively long-term planning of association Vraťme dětem pohyb, z. s., goals are to characterize the organization and its products and to make a strategic analysis which will include an analysis of the internal and external environment as well as a comprehensive SWOT analysis of the organization. Strategic objectives and areas will be determined on the basis of the found information and will be subsequently solid in the proposal strategic plan of the organization. METHODS: This diploma thesis is concieved as applied research, a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods will be used for its purposes. The specific applied methods are observation, interviewing, questioninq, analysis of texts and documents, SWOT analysis, PORTER and PEST analysis. Design research, including research issues providing framework for the thesis are put in the relevant chapter. RESULTS: Within the framework of strategic analysis ware analysed internal and external environment and maked SWOT analysis of the organization. TITLE: Strategic plan of association Vraťme dětem pohyb, z.s. PROBLEM: The diploma thesis examines the strategic management of a nonprofit sport organization, respectively long-term planning of association Vraťme dětem pohyb, z.s. The association Vraťme dětem pohyb, z.s. currently cooperates with organization Gorila MMA CLUB, s.r.o. These emerging sports organizations were separated from the original associaton PriMMAt Gym Praha, z.s. The diploma thesis therefore contributes to the solution of current problem and its results will be practically usable. SUBJECT: The subjekt of the thesis is the sport association Vraťme dětem pohyb, z.s. Its main purpose is a publicly beneficial aktivity, namely the organization and operation of leisure activities aimed at children and youth. The association especially focuses on the area of body culture, sport and other club activities. Their main purpose is to operate Gorila Junior children's sports club with elements of combat sports and self-defense. Employee Benefits in a Selected Company

This thesis is focused on the analysis of employee benefits and proposes the possible changes in selected organization. The characteristics of thecompany are described in the introduction of practical part. Subsequently, the current situations of benefits in selected companies are provided through questionnaire surveys, where the employee satisfactions with benefits are verified. The obtained information from questionnaires solves the particular employee satisfaction with engagement level and mutual information between management and employees. In conclusion, there are recommended options to improve the efficiency of the current system and purpose of possible changes.

Interests Jung School and Teenagers in the Context Value Orientation and their Spare - time

The thesis talks about the interests of young school age children and teenagers in the context with the value orientation and the use of free time. The goal is to show some interests of the two age groups, which are typical due to the age of these children. Further the thesis focuses on the institution of ``Dům dětí a mládeže Pelhřimov{\crqq}, as an example of an organization, which offers many free time activity for school children. By means of such activity this institution not only motivates young people to develop their interests, but it also contributes to valuable free time spending. The researches that are mentioned in the thesis are focused on the chosen age groups. There is also a part describing a project: ,,Není nám to jedno (We do care),`` which is appointed to both of the chosen age groups and its task is to find out ways of free time spending of school children in the Czech Republic. The research shows the importance of public media in the life of young people. Therefore the last chapter is dedicated to the media and their influence on the free time of school children. Both the positive and the negative influence are shown.

Free Time and Possibilities for its Use of Chosen Salesian Facilities

The work deals with free time, history of education during free time, further it describes some of the factors that influence the children´s spending of free time (family, school, other educational institutions outside school), it introduces a church youth organization Dona Bosca and it particulary focuses on free time work in two chosen salesian centres in Germany and in the Czech Republic. The practical part contains the charakteristic and comparison of two chosen facilities: Don Bosco centre Regensburg and Don Bosco centre Plzeň and mainly the activities of their clubs, which work with older youth (Jugendtreffpunkt and Vzduch-loď). They are well led and provide a good quality free time spending possibilities for the youth. Even though the two clubs are different in a certain point of view, for exampe, financial possibilities, space facilies, etc., they compound in the wide supply of activities for youth, which contribute to the prevention of morbid free time spending. The work also captures the future visions of the two clubs.
