of dissertation This dissertation is entitled The administration and office work of town Krupka in early modern period with the subheading The development of town administration till 1710. The main goal of this work is, on the basis of the extant achival sources, to acquaint with the development of administration of mining town, of which specific is not only mining as a pricipal source of livelihood of its inhabitants, but also its location on the border with neighbouring Saxony. Another goal of this dissertation is to present the offices of municipal and mining administration and also names of specific people in these offices, if they are still extant in the sources or literature. The content of this dissertation is proceed in the first place from abundantly extant archives, which is placed in archiv in Teplice, primarily from memorial books, official books and file material. This dissertation is divided into several sections. The first mainstay includes summarization of history of administration of town Krupka, description of relations between town Krupka and manorial lords, religious circumstances and also development of mining. Comorbid occurrence of eating disorders with substance abuse in different medical centers and possibilities of psychotherapeutic influence

This thesis is focused on the research of comorbidity of eating disorders with substance use. The theoretical part defines the various addictive substances and describes their harmful use, addiction and bio-psycho-socio-spiritual model of addiction. The work describes the types of eating disorders- anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa and psychogenic overeating. The aim of the research was to describe the prevalence of women with eating disorders who at the same time use some of the addictive substances including alcohol. Another goal was to describe whether there is a difference between the types of eating disorders and preferences for specific drugs, and as well, to describe which eating disorder uses alcohol the most. This work also describes the possibilities of psychotherapy for people with this comorbidity. It was used the method of triangulation to collect the data. The first source of the information was a test battery, consisting of the EAT-26 questionnaire, AUDIT questionnaire and the last one is questionnaire orientated to drug use. The second source of information was a focus group and the last source were four case studies. This study confirmed that the diagnosis of bulimia nervosa tends to drug use the most. Analysis of Use of House of Culture in Přibyslav

The bachelor's thesis is focused on use of houses of culture built in 1948-1989 in the 21st century. Their position in the cultural infrastructure is represented by the house of culture in Přibyslav. The goal of the thesis is to evaluate the current operation of the house of culture in Přibyslav and to propose the appropriate changes for its future effective use. The theoretical part is focused on the building of the houses of culture after 1945, their functions and use related to the role of culture. Furthermore, it is focused on the situation of houses of culture after 1989 including actual statistical data. The practical part comprises the characteristic of Přibyslav, its cultural infrastructure and especially local house of culture. It includes the evaluation of its operation in terms of organisation, funding, propagation and program of events. Conclusion of the thesis contains a summary of the weaknesses according to the interviews with the representatives of the town and Kulturní zařízení města Přibyslav organisation.
