Trends in marketing targeted at children

The bachelor thesis deals with current trends in the field of marketing communication targeted at children. The topic of advertising targeted at children comes up with a variety of questions about regulation and ethics and current trends in communication make it even more complicated. The research of reference literature is a basis of the theoretical part of the work, which describes some aspects of targeting at children in more details. On one hand it is different perception of advertising content in connection with the age of children, on the other hand it is regulation of advertising itself and ethical dimension of the whole problem. Besides, also tools and communication channels targeting at children and the newest trends in this field are described. Since the advertising targeted at children is closely related to parents, the second part of the work is devoted to their perception of marketing communication with children via questionnaires. The result of the thesis is not only introduction of current trends in communication with children, but also tendencies in perception of the communication by parents, who considers the advertising targeted at children as a highly unethical and calls for more regulation. Effect of yoga exercise on pulmonary function and ceompensation of bronchial asthma.

Bronchial asthma incidence constitutes a compelling health and socioeconomical problem. Patients of all ages suffer from asthma, and no methods of effective prevention or healing are currently available. Poorly controlled asthma causes increase of financial expenditure as well as remarkable restriction of activities of daily living; it might even lead to death. In Czech republic, the number of patients with asthma is estimated at 500 000. The aim of this study is to evaluate effects of yoga exercise as a potential effective adjunct treatment on bronchial asthma state in adults. Theoretic part of the thesis describes pathological changes present in respiratory system, breathing pattern disorders and postural functions characteristic for patients suffering asthma disease. It also represents a brief summary of up to date findings of possible mechanisms on which are Spiral yoga and pranayama based, especially on these which can have an influence on obstructive lung disorders. Experimental part deals with the methodology and it reveals the process of making randomized clinical pilot study. Between 11 adult participants were investigated at the start and at the end of a three-month- long therapy. Communication of public administration of towns and cities in development planning

The thesis defines communication of local administration in the field of development planning and introduces tools of this kind of communication. The available tools of communication are firstly analysed in the theoretical part and it is prefaced into praxis by description in case of city Tábor. The probe of inhabitants of the city outlines the interest of citizens in development planning and their opinion on current level of communication. The results of the thesis show that even if local administration uses wide range of described tools, it is necessary to fight for education and enlightenment of citizens, in execution of public administration and in the field of development planning as well. To make the communication process more effective and to get citizens more involved in development planning there is a need to promote this process and make it more attractive.
