Derrick of the filling car of coke-oven battery

This master´s thesis deals with a proposed design of the derrick of the filling car of a coke-oven battery, which is used for working with unit loads, repairing and maintenance of the filling car and cleaning of the battery risers. In the first part a solution concept was chosen. For this concept a main steel structure was designed, which was controlled in stress analysis by the FEM program I-DEAS NX 11. Further, the main parts of the lifting and travelling mechanism were calculated using specified parameters. In the conclusion of this thesis the results summary of specified targets is stated. Assembly drawing is in the annex of this thesis.

Manipulator with sheet metal samples for mechanical tests

This thesis deals with a solution of lifting equipment for sheet metal samples handling. Facility will be part of an automatic production line for semi-finished test specimens for testing the mechanical properties of sheet metals. The options of solutions discussed in this thesis is performed that choice which should be the concept of lifting equipment. Course work cycle of the selected concept is designed, so that material flow provided by the facility meets requirements of the production line. Calculations for the design parts of the main cylinder and the running gear are carried out using a set of parameters and then strength check of steel construction follows. The 3D model of the manipulator, the manipulator assembly drawings and layout drawings of the production line are annexes of this work.

Tertiary offenders´ precaution of sexually motivated delicts and its effectivity

Ve své bakalářské práci se zabývám problematikou realizace výkonu zákonných možností v oblasti zabránění recidivy pachatelů nejzávažnějších sexuálně motivovaných trestných činů. Uvádím trestné činy splňující kritéria pro zařazení mezi sexuálně motivované trestné činy a blíže se věnuji těm nejzávažnějším. Dále se zabývám rozdělením a charakteristikami pachatelů tohoto druhu trestné činnosti. V závěru mé práce se pokouším navrhnout některé kroky, které by mohly vést k lepší ochraně společnosti před pachateli výše zmíněné trestné činnosti. Jako zdroj informací jsem zvolil odbornou literaturu, statistické údaje a rozhovor s odborníkem. Součástí mé práce je výzkum, ke sběru dat jsem použil dotazník. Cílem práce je vytvořit komplexní přehled o problematice sexuálně motivované trestné činnosti
