Possibility of using alternative decentralized energy sources
Pitron, Jiří ; Pěcha, Jiří (referee) ; Mastný, Petr (advisor)
The thesis concerns of the possibility by using alternative decentralized sources of energy. The first chapter describes current energy situation in the Czech Republic and consideration of future electrical energy consumption and the coverage by the renewable sources. Another part of this chapter describes each types of renewable energy with their advantages and disadvantages related to the Czech Republic. In the second chapter are introduced inputs which are appropriate for the plan of energetic system. The following theoretical chapter deals with each types of alternative energy sources using renewable source including the possibility of the installation and plan for the building. These alternative sources are sorted out by the way of using renewable sources of energy. The theoretical-practical fourth chapter concerns of the heating by the heat pump. For the detailed description was chosen the heat pump which is currently denote as appropriate alternative source of heat in household. With appropriate plan, which the thesis deals with, is this alternative source considered as proper investment. In the last chapter was assembled programme for creating models of energetic flux and calculation for the plan of heating by the heating pump air/water. This model is taken for concrete buildings related to exact outdoor temperature from previous years in concrete locality. In the end was realized validation of the software with the real measurement in concrete building.
The design of alternative heating system for object Technicka T12
Bártů, Jan ; Mastný, Petr (referee) ; Pitron, Jiří (advisor)
The aim of this work is to design an alternative source for the property Technicka 12. In the first part of this work, the author introduces the methods of heating and possibilities of using renewable resources of energy for heating, including their advantages and disadvantages. In the second chapter are described alternative energy sources. In the next chapter, individual buildings are typified by size and heat requirement, defined factors influencing their consumption and described heating methods for real examples described and used methods of heating buildings in practice. In the final practical part, the heat pump ground/water is selected from the above described alternative sources, as currently the best alternative solution for large buildings. Within this practical section is described the design and proper calculation of this type of pump, including return on investment. At the end of this bachelor’s thesis was elaborated the technical report and the detail design for installation of the heat pump.
Design of the implementation project for house's electrical installation
Pitron, Jiří ; Drápela, Jiří (referee) ; Mastný, Petr (advisor)
The thesis deals with the design and process implementation project for house's electrical installation. The first section contains a statement of the necessary legislation, which is intended for the proper construction of the project. The following are practical examples on how to connect the object to the distribution network, basic furnishing and electrical wiring protection, design of electrical distribution lines and zone location. Continuing this part of the object is to provide external and internal lightning protection. This chapter introduces the reader how to design a receiver system, whose ground leads. It also describes the use of internal lightning protection, surge protection devices. The second part of this thesis examines the use and installation characteristics of the active elements, which may afford some extras to man. In the third practical part author compiled project of realization of wiring a house, which includes drawing circuits, devices and equipment into the house floor plan, electrometer housing scheme and also includes design drawing external lightning protection and its deployment. There are also necessary technical documentation with the economic evaluation of the created object.
Advanced Use of Battery Storage System in Industry
Pinkoš, Patrik ; Radil, Lukáš (referee) ; Pitron, Jiří (advisor)
The Diploma thesis in theoretical part deals with description of possibilities of accumulations of electricity energy focusing on electrochemical accumulators. Next chapter of theory also describes possible applications of battery storages focusing on costumer. In practical part diploma thesis deals with suggestion of simulation model for battery application peak-shaving. Output of the suggestion represents two case studies based on real data of commercial building consumption. Furthermore, practical part also deals with suggestion of control logic for application peak-shaving which was used for verification of simulation model.
Application of cogeneration units in apartment buildings and industrial buildings
Pinkoš, Patrik ; Radil, Lukáš (referee) ; Pitron, Jiří (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with issues of cogeneration and its application to apartment buildings and Industrial buildings. At the beginning of the thesis are described main principles. In the next part are characterized different types of cogeneration technologies and their comparisons. This thesis also deals with possibilities of use of cogeneration technologies and the input parameters for commissioning. Thesis contains basic European and Czech legislation for combined production of electricity and heat. At the end thesis deals with possibilities of using cogeneration as decentralized source.
Electric and heat energy sources
Kosek, Stanislav ; Pitron, Jiří (referee) ; Mastný, Petr (advisor)
This thesis deals with different types of electric power sources in the Czech Republic. It describes power plants located in the Czech Republic and also those which do not have such potential of use in the Czech Republic, but are used much more elsewhere in the world. In the Czech republic approximately one third of power plants are nuclear. They are less harmful to the environment than thermal power plants, because they leave out to their surroundings only water vapour from the cooling towers, while thermal ones leave out various harmful gases despite the effort to reduce them as much as possible. Thermal power plants use mostly fossil fuels such as black or brown coal to generace electricity. Some of them are designed to be able to burn biomass, e.g. wood chips, bark or another wood processing industry waste. Finally, renewable energy sources are depicted in this thesis. They appear to be the cleanest source of electricity, but the problem is that this type of power plants cannot be build anywhere. We can take a wind power plant as an example. It is not effective to build it in a windless place and that is why they are build on a higher located places.
