The goal of the bachelor thesis is to perform analysis of usage of the GRD servis, Ltd.’s communication tools and based on the analysis to suggest accurate communication mix based. Theoretical part focuses on general theory of the marketing communication, whereas analytic part uses that theory to analyse the current communication tools of the company. After the results are evaluated in the analytical part, the recommendations part offers suggestions for improving the communication mix of the GRD servis, Ltd. company.

The goal of this master thesis is to create a business plan for an establishment of a fitness centre located in Brno-Černovice. The business plan includes analysis of feasibility of establishing the fitness centre as well as a calculation of a break-even point, result of which is the finding of the payback period, considering probable sales and costs. The thesis contains variable solutions of the business plan.

Christianization of Iceland

This essay deals with the beginnings of Christianity in Iceland and his fight with the original pagan religion of Scandinavia. This document is divided into two parts. The first part focuses on the political and religious situation in the whole of Scandinavia before the actual Christianization. It looks closer into the colonization of Iceland, journeys of Vikings and pagan mythology. The second part deals with the adoption of Christianity in Iceland, Church conflicts with the State power and development the structure of the Church.

Cancer can affect people of all ages, sexes and races and can be diagnosed in tissues of whole body. It is the second leading cause of death in the world after cardiovascular disorders. There are many ways how to treat cancer and they variy with each type of cancer. Nowadays treatment of cancer is based on surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, biological treatment, immunotherapy and hormonal therapy. Chemotherapy represents the basis of cancer cure and is often used in combination with other approaches for tumour treatment and maximal effect of therapy and to prevent and cure metastases. Macroeconomic growth in Czech and Slovak republic after joining European Union

The paper examines economic growth in the Czech and Slovak Republic from 2000 to 2011. Special attention is devoted to the growth of the countries before and after joining European Union. Gross domestic product and growth of its main parts like productivity of particular sectors of economy and final consumption of households are tha main aims of the analysis. There is also mantioned an alternative index to GDP- real gross domestic income for Czech Republic. The main point of the comparative analysis of GDP and RGDI are trading gains and trading losses. The analysis has shown that the economic growth of the countries is similar. In Czech and Slovak Republic the main driving force of macroeconomic total factor productivity manufacturing industry, that has been holding almost the same share for whole reporting period. The structure of final consumption of households has been retaining almost the same character.The growth of RGDI has not been as steady as GDP, especially in the last few years.
