Surveying and creation of thematic map in Square 28. října in Brno
Pavlíček, Ondrej ; Machotková, Olga (referee) ; Vondrák, Jiří (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with obtaining planimetry and altimetry data by geodetical measuring of the 28th October Square in Brno city. The result will be a thematical map in scale 1: 500 in the 3rd accuracy class according to standard ČSN 01 3410 - Large Scale Maps, made in the S-JTSK coordinate system and Bpv height system. The task includes selection and terrain reconnaissance of the site, detailed measurement and processing of gathered data. The bachelor thesis will serve as a basis for project activity.
Software Application for Assessment of Selected Indicators
Pavlíček, Ondřej ; Křápek, Milan (referee) ; Doubravský, Karel (advisor)
The thesis is focused on the design of a software application that uses statistical methods to assess selected economic data of the company. The first, theoretical part of the thesis explains the concept of Financial and Statistical Theory, which serves as a basis for creating own software application. In the following part, the author analyzes a specific company, its requirements, deals with the market in which it operates, and evaluates the selected economic indicators. The final part deals with the design of the application itself, which is used for data analysis and proposes solutions to improve the current situation.

Solution of optimization problems with non-decreasing constraints.
Pavlíček, Ondřej ; Zimmermann, Karel (advisor) ; Palata, Jan (referee)
The content of this work is a presentation of algorithms solving optimization problems with a max-separable objective function of the form f(x) = maxjJ fj (xj), where fj are continuous unimodal functions. The optimization problems are solved under constraints, which are described by a system of (max,+)-linear equations and inequalities with variables occurring on both sides of the constraints. In Chapter 6, a modification of this problem with different variables on each side of the constraints is studied. Chapter 7 deals with problems, in which the constraint coefficients may be infinite. The work is based on results contained in previous publications, in which was shown that if the set of feasible solutions of the optimization problems considered here is nonempty, it has always the greatest element. The algorithms suggested in this work begin with this greatest element and decrease step by step the objective function without leaving the feasible set. The method proceeds in a certain sense by analogy with the method of feasible directions. Proofs of correctness of the algorithms and some results concerning computational complexity, as well as a computer implementation are included in the concluding part of the work.

Sequential Injection Analysis with Lab-on-valve Module (SIA-LOV) Technique in the Analysis of Biologically Active Substances
Pavlíček, Ondřej ; Polášek, Miroslav (advisor) ; Solich, Petr (referee) ; Bajgar, Jiří (referee)
Charles University in Prague, Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové Department of Department of analytical chemistry Candidate Mgr. Ondřej Pavlíček Supervisor Doc. RNDr. Miroslav Polášek, CSc. Title of Doctoral Thesis Sequential injection analysis with lab-on-valve module (SIA-LOV) technique in the analysis of biologically active substances. This dissertation is devoted to determination of biologically active substances by means of sequential injection analysis (SIA). The theoretical part gives a recent overview of scientific knowledge concerning non-separative flow methods, focusing especially on SIA with Lab-on-Valve (LOV) module. Regarding applications of the SIA, problems of on-line sample treatment using solid phase extraction columns and of SIA methods employing enzyme reactions including sample pre treatment automationare dealt with. Theoretical background of enzymology, especially enzyme-substrate, enzyme-inhibitor and enzyme- -inhibitor-reactivator interactions are discussed. Theory of cholinesterases is described in more detail, its role in human organism and its application as biomarker in enviromental analysis is emphasized. An overview of detection techniques for determination of cholinesterase activity is also given. The experimental part is split into two issues. The former one deals...

Taxation of the fixed establishment in the area of value added tax
Pavlíček, Ondřej ; Toman, Petr (advisor) ; Zídková, Hana (referee)
The master´s thesis deals with the value added tax in the area of fixed establishment. The thesis is divided into two main parts. The first part of the thesis defines the concept of fixed establishment and key EU legislations by which fixed establishments are governed. I investigate practical aspects and problems created by fixed establishment. The second part of the thesis includes a complex analysis of the actual judgments of the European Court of Justice, and their treatment of issues arising from the relationship between fixed establishment and their head office. The thesis shows the difficulties within application of VAT on intercompany transactions in cases where the fixed establishment is a member of the group for the purposes of value added tax.
Ověřování účinku fytohormonů na diferenciaci kořenů u dřevitých řízků podnoží jádrovin
Pavlíček, Ondřej
This thesis deals with the propagation of pome rootstocks using hardwood cuttings. There was evaluated the effects of several factors on the overall effectiveness of this method. The tested rootstocks were OHxF types, Cydomalus, M 9 and M 2. The first part consists the information from literature sources about importance of rootstocks, influence of phytohormones and external conditions on root formation, characteristics of selected species rootstock and technological procedures used in experiments and in practice. In the second part describes the material and methods attempt thesis. The results are statistically processed and evaluated. The highest yield was achieved at apple rootstock M 9 and M 2. From the pear rootstocks the fell best Cydomalus and OHxF 333. Best affect yield product should Racine.
