Design of heating of station building

The topic of the bachelor's thesis is the design of heating and hot water preparation of existing station building in the village Moravské Bránice. The building has two floors, a basement with a gabled roof. It describes the general division of heat sources, important concepts and principles. Furthermore, the issue of replacing existing unsuitable solid fuel boilers to various alternatives of heat sources. In the calculation part is elaborated complete design of the building heating and a design of hot water preparation. A technical report and drawing documentation is part of thesis.

Lazaretní office building

This diploma thesis deals with the design of an office building and the processing of project documentation for the construction. The office building is located in the Židenice in Brno, next to the Brno Židenice train station. This is a detached partly basement four-storey building with a flat roof. The underground floor serves primarily as a collective garage for 25 vehicles including parking spaces in the local stacking system. On the ground floor of the building there are three rentable spaces for retail with storage facilities and sanitary facilities for employees. The other of the building is used for administrative purposes. On the second above ground floor there are cell offices, on the third and fourth floors above ground the office spaces are rather as a open space. The construction system of the building is frameral with infill masonry made of ceramic fittings, the foundations are made of reinforced concrete slab and walls made of waterproof concrete. The foundations under the non-basement part are made of reinforced concrete foundation footing. Next to the office building, there are also eight parking spaces for shop visitors.
