Analysis of tax systems in selected developing countries

The thesis deals with tax systems of selected developing countries, especially from the perspective of a potential investor. It discusses the theoretical aspects of developing countries, their economies, and also indicates the importance of foreign direct investments. The main part deals with the tax systems of India, Vietnam and the Philippines, with a view to their analysis, description and comparison. The whole work aims to bring tax conditions in selected countries to potential investors. And also recommend the most suitable country for investment on the basis of a comparison of tax systems and foreign direct investments.
Co-branding of payment cards

The bachelor thesis deals with possibilities and use of co-branding within the financial institutions. It mainly focuses on co-branding payment cards aiming both, the analysis of the current situation on the market for these products in the Czech Republic as well as the outline of their new usage opportunities. The theoretical part defines not only the basic concepts of the branding phenomenon but also more deeply characterizes its part called co-branding. The paper then offers fundamental information about payment cards as a product where this marketing method is commonly implied. The practical section describes progress in the amount of credit cards in the Czech Republic depending on the number of other cards issued, specifies currently offered co-branded credit cards with regard to benefits for bank, partner and consumers, and outlines new possibilities of co-branding usage within financial institutions.
Strategic analysis

The goal of this Master's thesis is to conduct a strategic analysis of the company ELIT CZ, to find its strengths and weaknesses, to identify opportunities and threats which could be expected in the external environment, and based on the information gathered to define strategic recommendations. Thesis consists of two essential parts. In the first one, named as a theoretically-methodological part, the procedures are explained and the theory of strategic analysis is described. Besides the basic definitions and explanation of related terms the most common tools of the strategic analysis are outlined and used in the second, analytical part. Gradually, the analysis of internal and external environment, internal resources and capabilities of the company and SWOT analysis are carried out. The analytical part is closed by the strategic recommendations based on the results of the strategic analysis.
Product line analysis of ELIT company

The author of this thesis is using the theory of marketing environment, marketing mix and product assortment of trade company for subsequent application to the analysis assortment of ELIT company. This company operates in the Czech Republic in the aftermarket as a distributor of spare parts for cars, trucks and motorcycles. In more details are analyzed chassis parts. In the thesis are also listed the most important competitors and in the conclusion are derived recommendations for the company ELIT.
