Evaluation of the Financial Situation of a Company and Proposals for its Improvement

The bachelor’s thesis deals with financial situation of the company Dermacol, a.s. in years 2015-2019 with help of the indicaters of financial analysis. This thesis is split in three parts – theoretical, practical and assessment of those two parts. In the first part is definated selected indicaters and concepts. In the practical part is located application of the theoretical part. The last part deals with evaluation of results gained in the analytical part and suggestions for improving the financial situation of the company.

The theoretical part deals with theoretical background in marketing. The analytical part includes the description of the developing business and its current situation. The last part is devoted to own proposals for improving of the overall running for the Studio.

Využití fyzioterapie u členů stomatologického týmu

This bachelor thesis is focused on the physical aspects of a stomatology team and their options for physiotherapy usage to eliminate them. My work aims to map the most frequent difficulties of the moving apparate of the stomatology team participants, choose and apply the most suitable physiotherapy methods always based on kinesiological parsing, and consequently assess the efficiency of the regular exercises by chosen snacks. The last aim of my work is to create educative physiotherapeutic material for stomatology labors with simple knacks to the surgery and subsequently home. The thesis is divided into two parts. In the first, theoretical one, I defined the term 'posture' and described the correct sitting and standing position. I have defined ergotherapy and its rules of usage by the members of the stomatology team. I pushed ahead of the greatest part of my theoretical part to the most frequent mistakes of human body attitude and its consequent impact on moving apparate. The last and the most comprehensive part of my bachelor thesis is pushed ahead of physiotherapy methods which may be used in treatment incurred issues by the stomatology team members. The quantitative formate of my research in which I have utilized the casuistry of two dentists, one stomatology assistant, and one dental hygienist is involved in the second part of my theoretical thesis. All probands are female from 27 to 32. I have made an initial examination to all probands based on which was made therapy that lasted for three months. After this time, I performed a final kinesiological analysis and compared the values. From the results of my research is obvious that the emendation and subsequent occupation of the correct ergonomic position with proper exercise and regular therapy may lead to a reduction or completely prevent muscles overload and sequent emergence of pain or other health difficulties. This bachelor thesis may subserve as a sample usage of physiotherapy by the members of the stomatology team. The information included in my work may be served as an educative material for the stomatology team members.

Assessment on capital in the company and comparing with EU

My thesis is focused on the legal regulations of property taxes in the Czech Republic and its comparison with the chosen state of the European Union (Germany). The theoretical part describes a taxation system of road tax, real estate tax and inheritance tax, gift tax and real estate-transfer tax. And also a taxation system of road tax and real estate tax in Germany, because during the year 2007 it happened neither to a gift, succession nor a real estate transfer. The practical part is about the company Groz-Beckert, s.r.o. which has a subsidiary company in the Czech Republic and a controlling company in Albstadt in Germany. Then the comparison is made so these vehicles, land and buildings owned by the company in the Czech Republic would be also owned in the same quantity in Germany. It solves how much more the company had to pay in taxes and if the Czech Republic is for this company much more advantageous from the point of view of property taxes.

This thesis describes high-speed railway system in Spain. At the first part it concerns on the history of high-speed rails in the world, its legislation and the contribution of EU. The second part concentrates on the evolution in Spain, high speed infrastructure and trains. Mainly it analyzes the price policy.
