The process includes classification analysis and correlation and regression analysis. As a result, possible solutions are suggested to the company. My recommendations could lead to improvement of their financial situation.

In the third part there are aims of company and parts of plan how to achieve them, like: marketing strategy, financial plan and a return of invested capital. Businessman would like to be a seller of sports equipment.

The work is focused on the current situation of the COVID-19 pandemic and its impact on the world economy. The work describes the impact of the pandemic on the whole world. The practical part is focused on the impact of GDP on various countries and the main goal of this work is to evaluate the effects of the COVID19 pandemic on the economic performance of countries and to propose certain recommendations that will help streamline the world economy. The partial goals of the work are: summary of circumstances that led to the declaration of a state of emergency and describe crisis management in the world during the COVID-19 pandemic, creation of data base, creation of econometric model and its testing, evaluation of results, In order to develop my work were found relevant study materials . The methods used in the bachelor thesis are descriptive-analytical in nature.

In the practical part, this diploma thesis contains examples of specific price discrimination of selected products. Based on the information obtained, it then offers suggestions and recommendations.

The practical part introduces company SEEIF Ceramic, a. s., depicts its current calculation formula and the method which was used to achieve it. Furthermore, describes how it is implemented into the company’s informational system. And proposes changes in the calculations which could prove beneficial for the company.

Mine bachelor thesis is divided into three main sections; theoretic section, practical section and the one part with own suggestions for improve. In theoretical part is important to know all the terms that will be needed in the rest of my whole thesis. In the second part of the thesis, there will be applied every knowledge into practice with finance analysis. The outcomes from this part will be compared with optimal values and average values of the particular industry. The methods of financial analysis will be used, such as valuation of profitability or liquidity, but also Zmijewski model and R. Douchy’s analysis. In the last part, suggestion section, there will be used these outcomes from practical section and also, there will be drawn up some solutions for the company to use and improve her financial performance.
