Relevance of nutritional recommendations obtained electronically from different sources
Neprašová, Marie ; Hubáček, Jaroslav (advisor) ; Chrpová, Diana (referee)
This thesis focuses on nutritional recommendations as information provided by national and international institutions that they receive to individuals. It can be their activity in society and the creation of educational materials or the opportunity to address them directly about a specific problem. The theoretical part introduces the topic of general nutritional recommendations, which are designed primarily for the whole society or for a certain group of people (like children, seniors etc.). Finally, the exact topics that are not usually included in the general nutritional recommendations for the population are discussed. These are mainly health conditions where a specific direction of diet is necessary, and the diet has its given restrictions. The topics were selected based on their popularity and topicality in the population. The work analyzes topics such as salt intake in food, iron deficiency, eating disorders, possible nutrient deficiencies in the vegetarian diet, but also metabolic disorders such as phenylketonuria, milk protein allergy or lactose intolerance. Due to the focus on Czech nutritional recommendations, it was drawn mainly from Czech publications of renowned personalities in the field of nutrition, medicine and food, they were supplemented by current scientific studies, which were...
The study of matrix tablets with two types of the Carbopol®
Neprašová, Marie ; Mužíková, Jitka (advisor) ; Šklubalová, Zdeňka (referee)
Charles University in Prague, Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové Department Pharmaceutical Technology Candidate Mgr. Marie Neprašová Consultant PharmDr. Jitka Mužíková, Ph.D. Title of the Thesis The study of matrix tablets with two types of the Carbopol® The thesis studies the compressibility of directly compressible tableting materials and the rate of drug release from tablets with two types of carbomers, powder Carbopol® 971P NF and granular Carbopol® 71G NF. The tested concentrations of the polymers in the tablets are 5, 10, 15 and 20 %. The compressibility is evaluated via energetic profile of the compression and tensile strength of the tablets. The values of total energy increased with the compression force and decreased with the growing concentration of both Carbopol® , more markedly in the case of powder Carbopol® . The powder Carbopol® provided stronger tablets than the granular form. The lowest concentration of Carbopol® 971P NF prolonged the release time of the salicylic acid more than the highest concentration of the Carbopol® 71G NF.
A study of the compaction process and the properties of tablets made of agglomerated and granulated lactose
Neprašová, Marie ; Mužíková, Jitka (advisor) ; Ondrejček, Pavel (referee)
The thesis studied tensile strength, disintegration time of tablets and energy profile of compression of agglomerated lactose Tablettose® 80 and of granulated lactose SuperTab® 30GR. Tested parameters were studied depending on compression force, addition of two concentrations of the lubricant magnesium stearate (0.5 and 1%) and 25% microcrystalline cellulose Microcel® MC-200. The tablets were compressed using the material testing machine T1 - FRO 50 TH.A1K Zwick/Roell. Used compression forces were 11, 13 and 15 kN, in the case of mixtures with Microcel® MC-200 11 kN. Tensile strength of tablets increased with compression force at both lactoses and it was higher in the case of mixtures with SuperTab® 30GR. Magnesium stearate decreased the tensile strength of tablets from Tablettose® 80 for all compression forces. Addition Microcel® MC-200 increased the tensile strength of tablets from both lactoses, more in the case of Tablettose® 80. Disintegration time of tablets increased with compression force. Higher concentrations of magnesium stearate in tablets increased disintegration time. Comparison of disintegration time of tablets from both lactoses depended on concentration of magnesium stearate. Addition of Microcel® MC-200 significantly shortened disintegration time of tablets in both lactoses. The...

Methods of Recruitment in Selected Organization
Neprašová, Marie ; Urbancová, Hana (advisor) ; Helena, Helena (referee)
This thesis deals with methods of recruitment, which play an important role for the proper functioning of organization. Employees are an important element of any society because they are carriers of knowledge. The aim is to identify and evaluate methods of recruitment in the selected organization. In case of deficiencies are identified, suggest appropriate changes that will lead to the improvement of the methods of recruitment. The theoretical part was processed by the methods of the analysis of primary and secondary sources of information, relevant to the issue. The views of the individual authors focused on the issue were compared and then using the method of the synthesis processed in the theoretical background of the thesis. The practical part was prepared based on the study and analysis of primary and secondary sources and methods of personal and written questioning, was therefore carried out quantitative research (questionnaire) and qualitative research (semi-structured interview). On the basis of a synthesis of the results of this research and the previous outputs of the thesis, proposals and recommendations were processed. The main weakness in the studied area is underestimating the methods of the recommendation by the company, even though 93% of employees would recommend to a friend, to run for the job in the organization.
