Generator for Ripple Rejection Measurement of Voltage Regulators
Nekovář, Jiří ; Kubíček, Michal (referee) ; Šebesta, Jiří (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is the design of complete circuitry, mechanical solutions and build of generator, which will be use with osciloscope and millivoltmeter with pass-bands for measure the suppression of ripple voltage stabilizers. Circuit is power voltage generator with low output impedance. The individual chapters describe the generator including the integration of measuring instruments (DC voltage, effective AC voltage and frequency AC voltage). Functionality of the assembled generator was tested and subsequently the parameters was measured. Properties of frequency counter were improved replacing original circuit parts (gate circuit, reset and extension of range).
Free space method for measurement of complex permittivity
Nekovář, Jiří ; Hertl, Ivo (referee) ; Láčík, Jaroslav (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is the development of the workplace for the complex permittivity measurement by free space method. At the beginning of this thesis, the method is described. Further attention is focused on the discussions concerning electromagnetic properties of materials, comparison of the methods used for complex permittivity measurement, interactions of planar electromagnetic wave with planar infinite dielectric slab of general environment and description of radiation patterns of microwave antennas. In the rest of the thesis, the measuring workplace for the free space method is designed and fabricated. A pyramidal horn antenna is selected as a radiator. The antenna is designed with coax to waveguide transition in CST Microwave Studio, and than fabricated in two samples and measured. Finally, the fabricated measuring workplace is exploited for the complex permittivity measurement.
The Application of Trends of Transfer Pricing Adjustments of Selected European Countries in the Czech Republic
Nekovář, Jiří ; Karfíková, Marie (advisor) ; Boháč, Radim (referee) ; Bělohlávek, Alexander (referee)
/ Résumé / Zusammenfassung Transfer pricing is currently a very relevant topic. Tax administrations are focusing on unveiling and penalizing tax evasion and in author's opinion also on prevention and reduction of tax optimization using intragroup transactions with price designed to minimize taxation. The volume of tax base and tax adjustments by tax administrations multiplied in recent years without significant changes in relevant legislation and that raises a question whether this change is not contrary to the principle of legality use of powers conferred by public law. This thesis analyzes reasons for these changes, which are connected to significant increase in number of group cross border transactions. In European context the increase is partially result of intensive economic integration of member states. Second important aspect leading to the relevance of this topic is the intensity public perception of this issue which to large extent eliminates the difference between tax avoidance and illegal tax evasion. The thesis generally focuses on transfer pricing in European context created by the activities of OECD reflected by EU legislation. The analysis shows that the OECD document on the issue are very beneficial instruments and their use is in many cases unified by the EU, which analyzes the...
