The diploma thesis is focused on the use of R-material in asphalt mixtures with a PMB type binder. The work is divided into a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part describes the acquisition of R-material by road milling, the use of R-material, the binder used in the practical part of the work and the types of recycling. The practical part deals with the design of four types of asphalt mixtures with different content of R-material in the asphalt mixture. It also deals with the description of functional tests of asphalt mixtures and the results of these tests.

The theoretical part defines the legislative framework related to the establishment of a business, the second part is an analysis of the current state. In the third, practical part, the business plan is designed for establishing a children's group. The information and data obtained from this work will serve as a basis for the subsequent implementation of the project.

The subject of this work is the proposal of reconstruction of the existing road III / 00222 according to the amended ČSN 73 6101. This reconstruction is limited in space. The study includes the design of new design elements and the design of a new bridge structure under which the railway tracks are located. The content of the thesis is a complete reconstruction of the road and the design of the bridge structure.

The bachelor's thesis is the development draft of company ABC principally engaged in providing Internet access. The basis of design is to analyze the current state of business and market requirements in the selected area of Olomouc. The first part contains a summary of theoretical findings of the subject and the practical part includes the design of the development of the company itself, based on the development of optical infrastructure in the proposed area.

The business plan is based on finding market gap which is caused by insufficient capacities of the kindergartens and there is no kindergarten or maternity center specialised in teaching English in Rychnov nad Kněžnou. Main advantages of the proposal are specialization in teaching English, professionalism and friendly mood.

This master´s thesis is a proposal of a business plan for the establishment of a small business that is specialized on the production of salted pastries and their supply to various restaurants, internet shops and stores. The thesis is divided into three parts, the first part summarizes all the theoretical knowledge that serves as a basis for the business plan. The second part deals with market characteristics and opportunities with analysis of product demand, market segmentation and evaluation of social, legislative and economic factors. Information about potential customers and their preferences are identified through a questionnaire. The last part consists of a business plan, in which marketing mix is developed for the offered product and the competition is evaluated. This section also provides estimates of sales and expenditures.
