The content of this bachelor's thesis is the robotization of a selected process using RPA technology. The selected RPA tool is the UiPath Studio, in which we perform the robotization of the selected process. Part of the thesis also contains the strategic analysis of the Samsung company, for which we perform the automation.

The main idea of this bachelor thesis is to analyse information system of VZP, which contains all information about their clients. Access to this system is provided through company Elso Service s.r.o., which manages it for VZP. There is a teoretical and also practial part. The teoretical part describes and explains the main terms from information system theory. The practical part analyse the present quality of the system and suggests possible solutions for better funcionality of the system.

The content of this diploma thesis is an analysis of the current state of management of international projects in a multinational IT company, which should lead to the selection and implementation of an appropriate project management tool supporting planning and project management using agile methods Scrum and Kanban. The focus of this thesis is the actual implementation of the selected tool and its setting.

Antonín Hrubý in order to reveal whether this information system needs to be changed, and in which way. It will also contain my recommendation about the adjustments and changes that should be implemented with regard to usage of the information system to help the company work in more efficient way and make its expanding possible.
