This thesis covers brand new detached showroom with one basement and two floors. The building is divided into 2 parts, the major part of the first floor sample room (showroom) for a maximum of 13 vehicles, offices and staff facilities salon. On the second floor is located the finance department and exemplary service area. In the basement of this building are public parking garage for 16 vehicles and car accessories stores. The second part of the new building is just overhead. It consists of a private car service for 5 vehicles, stock tires, utility room, car wash and storage of spare parts for cars. Flat roof supporting structure is made of pre-stressed girders reinforced with cross reinforced concrete slab with insulation. Cladding are ventilated insulated facade, supporting part is reinforced. The showroom form the majority of the building envelope glass facade. Finish of floors in office and showroom premises are ceramic tiles. In the Service and garages cast floor resistant to petroleum substances.

Technical inspection station

This thesis deals with a new building technical control station, office space and hotel. The building is situated on three floors, on the first floor we find technical inspection station and office premises manual technical lines. On the second floor there are offices. On the third there is a hotel. The building is designed by a rectangular shape with a flat roof and on the third floor there is a trafficable terrace. The supporting structure consists masonry Porotherm and reinforced concrete system columns, which is found only on the first floor. The supporting structure of tensioned ceiling consists of prestressed beams ceilings Spiroll a concrete slab. External surface finish on the first floor is made up of silicate plaster paste and the remaining two floors are made of ventilated facades. Utility room is located on the first floor, from where a chimney Schiedel is build. Most of the floor space in the building are made of a carpet or tiles, only in the service line is epoxy coating

Subject of the masters’s thesis is new building of kindergarden in Jevíčko. The building is designed in flat terrain. The main entrence is oriented to the northwest. The building consist of two storey and has partial basement. Supporting structures consist of brickwork and celings Porotherm. Roof is flat with asfalt felts.

Crematorium

In this thesis project is developed for the implementation of new build crematorium in Austerlitz. It is situated in a quiet area on the outskirts of town, at the intersection of roads from Brno and Křenovice. When designing the building, emphasis is placed on the longitudinal axis symmetry object. The building is single-storey, semi-basement. The roof structure is designed with three different height levels, except where the input parts and components for guests is located lowest flat roof, a second, higher level flat roof above the crematory facilities at the rear. Above spaces funeral parlor is the highest, the dominant part of the roof, which is of trusses and is pitched. The basic construction of the crematorium are bearing walls of ceramic bricks, are used in the basement concrete perimeter wall. The exterior walls are used insulation system.

Design of residential house

This is a residential house in Brno. The supporting structure is reinforced concrete. The building has one basement and six floors. Vertical load-bearing structures are made up of reinforced concrete columns and walls. Horizontal load-bearing structures are formed by slabs (bearing in both directions). The staircase is concrete slab. Foundation is on piles. Infill vertical structures are brick. In the fifth floor pool is located.

Swimming pool

This thesis covers brand new detached indoor pool with one underground and one above ground floor, which is designed for a maximum capacity of 120 people, with two swimming pools, a children's swimming. The building is designed with a flat rectangular roof insulation. Envelopes are ventilated, insulated, bearing part consists of reinforced concrete. The pool hall make up the majority of the building envelope glass facade. Facilities for employees is located on the first basement floor. All technologies for cleaning pool water, air conditioning, boiler, facilities for maintenance are located on the first basement floor. Chimneys are stainless steel, placed on the outside of the building. The finish floors are ceramic tile. Pool bath is designed as a so-called white bathtub. The supporting structure of the ceiling above the pool hall beams are post-tensioned concrete.

Sports club

The master´s thesis subject is a sports club, which has a partial basement standing on a slightly sloping area with a basement and three floors. Roofing is solved over one part of a single-layered flat roof above the other parts of the wooden rafter in the form of double-layer roofs. The sports club is a restaurant, sports facilities and in the 2 and 3 floor are rooms for guests. The facade is designed contact system ETICS. External object dimensions 47.96 x 49.78 m The building is a parking lot, which leads driveway. Fundamentals are formed foundation passports, which are made of concrete C20/25. Perimeter load-bearing walls tl.400mm basement is constructed of concrete formwork system with the BTB B410 horizontal reinforcement and interior bearing walls tl.250mm basement are made of ceramic bricks POROTHERM. All perimeter bearing walls and floors tl.300mm 400 mm are designed ceramic block POROTHERM, internal bearing walls tl.250mm and 300mm are made of ceramic bricks POROTHERM. Partitions tl.100mm and 150 will be made also of ceramic bricks POROTHERM. The horizontal soffit is solved from the ceiling panels prestressed girder system and SPIROLL POROTHERM. The staircase is made concrete slab.

Microbrewery in Hodonín

The content of this thesis is the documentation for the project of Microbrewery in Hodonin. This microbrewery is a detached building on building plot in the urban area of Hodonin. In the building is located a microbewery with planed beer production 3500 hl per year and restaurant for 150 guest with the summer terrace planed for 35 guests. Building is a ground floor structure with cellar under the part of it. The ground floor is divided into the section for guest and a part for restaurant’s services with kitchen, storages and background for employees. In the restaurant is located a brewhouse which is a heart of the object. Microbrewery – fermenting room, lager cellar, tank cellar, boiler room, engine room for ventilation, storage of barrels and drinks are located in the basement. Bearing system is formed by walls- in the ground floor by ceramic blocks and monolithic concrete walls, in the basement by the concrete formwork blocks. The building is insulated. The roof above the kitchen and the restroom for guests is a flat roof. The roof above the restaurant consists of a wooden chest nailed trusses with a slope of 4%. Master´s thesis, "Wine Cellar in Vlkoš “, is processed in the form of project documentation. The proposed facility is located on plot No. 2468. It is a brick building from the elements Porotherm, concrete blocks BTB, from the wood-beamed ceiling and a gabled roof. The building has two above ground and one underground floor. In the basement is a wine cellar with the production. On the first floor is a tavern with a kitchen and social rooms.V second floor rooms for accommodation.
