Due care and professional managemet
Matějka, Lukáš ; Borkovec, Aleš (advisor) ; Hraba, Zdeněk (referee)
This thesis is dealing with problems connected with the term The care of proper manager, that forms the basic requirement of quality of work margin in czech companies. The content is divided into nine chapters. The first chapter brings an introduction into the dilemma. It is stated here why have I chosen this topic, why do I consider this topic to be important and I am laying down the aims of my thesis. In the end, there are mentioned the methods which has been used while writting this thesis. The second chapter, the most extensive one, is focused on Proper manager' s care as a term. It is trying to define, describe and file this term legislatively; not only in terms of company law, but also in the scope of other legal enactments. Then the work focuses on subjects on which is laid the duty of conducting issues with Proper manager's care. Then there is mentioned the historical evolution of this term. In, according to my opinion, the most important part of this thesis; the term Proper manager's care is determined in comparison with the terms Appropriate care and Professional care. All these terms are later assigned to certain models of formulation of requirement of quality of work margin. The third chapter is dedicated to the issues of breaking of the proper manager's care and to the consequences of...
Proposal to Reduce Wage Costs by Using a Grant from the European Union
Matějka, Lukáš ; Lepka, Petr (referee) ; Heralecký, Tomáš (advisor)
The subject of this thesis is the reduction in labor costs using the grant from the European Union for small and medium-sized businesses for the company Actimmy a.s. The theoretical part characterizes small and medium-sized enterprise and its importance, the requirements for obtaining grants, and the advantages and disadvantages of outsourcing and own employees. The practical part includes a proposal on how the company can react, if it gets the grant or not, and choosing the most suitable approaches and solutions.
Preparation and evaluation of fluoride conversion coating created on AZ31 wrought magnesium alloy
Matějka, Lukáš ; Wasserbauer, Jaromír (referee) ; Fintová, Stanislava (advisor)
The aim of this work is optimization of preparation parameters of fluoride conversion coating on the wrought magnesium alloy AZ31 in Na[BF4] melt. The monitored factors for determining quality of the prepared coatings are homogeneity of the coating surface on ground and polished samples of magnesium alloy, mechanical properties of the coating (adhesion and hardness) and the coating thickness. The main parameter was the change in these properties at different exposition times of the material to the salt melt. Coating surfaces were documented on an inverted light microscope with the addition of images representative samples using SEM. The coating thickness was documented with inverted light microscope using a polarization filter. The chemical composition was determined on three representative samples using an energy-dispersive X-ray spectrometer. The mechanical properties of the coatings were determined by scratch test on REVETEST Scratch Testing System with detector of acoustic emissions. The resulting scratches were documented on a light microscope. It was proved that polished samples exhibit superior coating in respect with ground samples, wherein the coating did not fill the trench after the finish treatment (grinding). Constant chemical composition has been demonstrated in all the coatings. Polished sample after 2 hours of exposure in the Na [BF 4] melt exhibits best mechanical properties. The obtained data are of practical importance in the use of the alloy AZ31 in various fields of industry, medicine and other research.
Proposal to Promote Sales of Services
Matějka, Lukáš ; Lebeda, Martin (referee) ; Heralecký, Tomáš (advisor)
Master's thesis is focused on promotion of company's sales of services by creating an internet portal, which can be used to easily and quickly establish website including administration. The paper analyses the market environment, describes the process of creating the portal and proposes pricing options.
Indoor Robot - Local Navigation
Matějka, Lukáš ; Šolc, František (referee) ; Žalud, Luděk (advisor)
This thesis deals with the problematic of design and realization of autonomous mobile robot, specifically with the subsystem for local navigation for a robot controlled by global navigation based on self-organizing neuron map, possible chassis design and control of these designs. Obstacle detection system is designed as well as optimum direction finding algorithm. Final section of this thesis concerns the possibilities of future improvements and development.
Control Program for Colony-picking Robot
Matějka, Lukáš ; Florián, Tomáš (referee) ; Žalud, Luděk (advisor)
From an overview of most commonly used kinematic conceptions of robotic manipulators, the conception of Cartesian robot was identified as the most suitable for the given task of colony picking. A control system consisting of two modular parts has been designed for the colony picking robot. ColonyCounter module is a set of image processing libraries for identification of microbial colonies in image data and precise localization of individual colonies. This has been achieved by combination of multiple methods, most importantly connected components labelling and Hough circular transform. The second module – ColonyPicker – utilizes output of ColonyCounter module to plan the picking and placing of colonies. Subsequently it controls the transfer process itself using an innovative task planning and executing system.
