Optimization of heavy steel castings manufacture

In its first part the work deals with the frequent defects of heavy steel castings. Experiments were carried out in very heavy bearing rings casting of cement kilns in order to reduce consumption of liquid metal and to increase the internal quality of castings. The progress was achieved by introducing new technologies; this thesis describes the technologies used and subsequently performs their comparison.

Military Police in preliminary proceeding - regulation in legislation and bylaws Abstract The Military Police is a significant and specific police body. Recent statutory amendments have substantially bolstered the function of the Military Police in criminal proceeding. The significance of the Military Police is raised as well thanks to increased investments in the Armed Forces and overall in the Ministry of Defense. There is a lack of theses or specialist reports concerning the legal status of the Military Police in criminal proceeding. The main source of information concerning the legal status of the Military Police in the before- court phase of criminal proceeding or preliminary proceeding is the legislation; particularly an analysis of the Criminal Code and the Military Police Act. However, such information is not complete. Information concerning application of the legislation may be gained by analysis of the Military Police bylaws and by the comparison of legislation and bylaws. The Military Police bylaws had not been analyzed in a thesis until now. Thus, this thesis brings a unique view into the functioning and operation of this police body. The thesis is focused on Determining of Financial Plan of Construction Order from the View of a Supplier with Influence on the Management of the Company. First part explains theoretical terms related with thesis subject, such as construction project, financial plan, construction time schedule, cash flow plan, construction company. The second part is the practical part, which is focused on issues related with financial plan creating and projecting the influence of project to financial management and economical part of company. Practical part is primarily focused on determining of real financial flow from the company view to the related subjects. In the second part was created the connection between project and financial statement of the company.
