Jurčo, Pavol ; Macák, Marek (advisor) ; Staněk, Dalimil (referee)
This thesis called "The doctrine of Justification in the work of N.T. Wright and its pastoral applications" describes and analyzes a view of Wright on the Justification doctrine. The aim of this thesis is to infer the pastoral implications from this doctrine for the pastoral care in church. In the first part I will describe Wright's view on the doctrine in three contexts - forensic, covenantal and eschatological. After that I will present Wright's conclusions of his exegesis of the letter to Galatians. In the following chapter I will write about reactions and criticism that evaluates Wright's theology of justification. And in the end I will present pastoral implications of the doctrine and its influence for spiritual formation of Christian. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)
Anorexia Nervosa
Korábková, Anna ; Macák, Marek (advisor) ; Jarošová, Andrea (referee)
Eating disorders are serious psychosmomatic diseases, which may eventually lead to death. Its development is sttributed to various causes, from an influence of ideals of beauty, as it is presented by advertising industry, to changing role of female in society. Spread of the disease is linked also to high demand on personal success in current society. Nonetheless, eating disorders are not new illness and exact causes of disease occurence are still a matter of debate. In this thesis I deal with Anorexia Nervosa, its symptoms, causes and also psychosocial context of the disease. Further I focus on services for people suffering fromAnorexia, which are available in Czech Republic. Causes of the disorder are highly individual, but as most common causes stated in literature are dysfunctional family or criticism from environment. Females are more susceptible, some personality traits seemingly also increase risk, but many of them may be in fact a consequences of the illness. Treatment is usually outpatient, for a succesful treatment pacient needs to recognise her or his condition as a disease. In Czech Republic treatment is well accessible, problematic is deficiency in follow-up care. On an example of five actual young women I demonstrate the above described variety of causes, course and treatment of the Anorexia...

Metatheory in psychotherapy: realism, antirealism and critical hermeneutics as the third alternative
Macák, Marek ; Šípek, Jiří (referee) ; Chrz, Vladimír (advisor)
The paper "Metatheory in psychotherapy: realism, antirealism and critical hermeneutics as the third alternative" first presents realist and antirealist metatheory and shows the practical implication of metatheory for the field of psychotherapy. This exposition is then followed by an exposition of critical hermeneutics of Paul Ricoeur, which tries to demonstrate both theoretical and practical superiority of the hermeneutical approach, when compared with the previsously mentioned metatheories. Implications of specific metatheoretical stances are demonstrated on specific material.
