RNDr. Vladimír Müller, DrSc., Institute of Mathematics of the AS CR Abstract: The orbit of a bounded linear operator T on a Banach space is a se- quence T n x, n = 0, 1, 2, . . ., where x is a fixed vector. The orbits are closely connected to the dynamics of operator semigroups and to the invariant sub- spaces and subsets. The thesis studies the relation between the operator and its orbits. The subject of the first part is the relation between sequences T n x and T n , stability and orbits tending to infinity. The second part deals with dense orbits - hypercyclicity and related notions. In the third part, an ana- logue of reflexive algebras of operators, orbit reflexive operators are defined and studied. Apart from "normal" orbits of a single operator, the weak orbits and orbits of C0-semigroups are also touched. Keywords: operator, semigroup, orbit, hypercyclic, orbit reflexive

International bus transport

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to provide information about business in the international road passenger transport. Thesis primarily focuses on conditions and regulations connected with the conduct of this type of transport. Next chapters are devoted to charges and taxes which the carrier must pay while using road infrastructure in the Czech republic and in chosen european countries, namely Germany, Austria, Slovenia, Croatia and Italy. Concrete bus carrier is introduced in the final chapter.

Design processes in customer care and support

The Diploma thesis is engaged in the modelling of business processes, focusing on their design. Especially processes in area of providing support and customer care. The main goal of the thesis is application modelling method for selected business processes in a particular company engaged in telecommunications services. The theoretical part is focused on processes, process management and standards for the business process modelling. In the practical part are then described selected processes related to ABC satellite television services. These processes are designed by selected methodology. Under the proposed processes that take place after activation are calculated costs of operation the process (financial, human resources). These costs are calculated to the time when it is expected to 200,000 customers of ABC satellite television. Summary of costs is in evaluating the proposal.
