Revenue Management in small accommodation facilities

The topic of this thesis is Revenue Management and application of its principles in a small accommodation facility. There are many publications from Czech and international scholars, dedicated to Revenue Management as an indispensable part of any industry. In this thesis its main principles, which were created for use by airline companies and big hotels. This work describes application of their adaptated version in a small hotel and results of this application.

Stag tourism and guiding services

The topic of this bachelor thesis is development of stag tourism as a trend in tourism. Weekends in Central and Eastern Europe countries for stag party celebration is getting more and more popular, mainly from the side of British tourists. The thesis is dedicated to the general development of the trend and its contribution and impact on Prague. First three chapters of the thesis concern the tourism theory, whereas the last three chapters cover practical information, including the analysis of the impact of stag tourism and results of a conducted research. ALso stag tourism is explored as a part of guiding services as guiding plays a very important role in the stag tours organization.
