Due to the frequent polypharmacotherapy in these patients, including possible polypragmatism, it is important to constantly monitor potential drug problems and address potential drug risks in a timely manner. As an auxiliary tool in rational geriatric pharmacotherapy, expert groups have defined many potentially inappropriate medications (PIMs), which often contribute to drug reactions in the elderly, and which should be given more attention in clinical practice. Autor této rigorozní práce zastává čelní manažerskou pozici v pojišťovně Kooperativa. Jednou z priorit jeho práce je hledat další, strategické směry rozvoje společnosti a přispívat k tomu názory, studiemi i praktickou koncepční činností. Pojišťovna prošla výraznou restrukturalizací, která přinesla do procesů a činností nejrozsáhlejší změny od jejího založení. V těchto komplikovaných podmínkách byla úspěšně dokončena jednání o převzetí sedmého největšího hráče na trhu u nás - České podnikatelské pojišťovny. Nejvyšší úrovně v historii firmy dosáhlo jak předepsané pojistné, tak zisk. Kooperativa díky dynamickému růstu vykázala největší růst tržního podílu na všech hlavních odvětvích na českém pojistném trhu a dále se objemem pojistného přiblížila lídrovi trhu, tj. České pojišťovně. Mezi klíčové faktory tohoto úspěchu kromě kvalitní práce celé obchodní služby v prodeji pojištění patří i rozvoj spolupráce a strategické partnerství s Finanční skupinou České spořitelny.
