Financial Management of Construction Orders in the Context of a Group of Companies

This Master’s thesis focuses on a financial management of construction order in the context of a group of companies. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part covers all aspects of this topic, which is to describe a construction company, construction order, financial planning of construction company, financial management of construction order, and further is to define group of companies (association of companies), its contract and authorities. The practical part focuses on financial management of real construction order, which has been realized by group of construction companies. Firstly, the thesis defines costs and revenues of association of companies in detail which are related to real construction order. The practical part is further divided into three variants. First variant determines profit and loss of group of companies and its individual participants for the given period. The next two variants display designed specific model situations and their result is also to determine profit and loss of group of companies and its individual participants. The main goal of the thesis is to compare all variants together and evaluation along with comments.
Optimization of the Tendering Process of Construction Order Subsupplier

This Bachelor's thesis focuses on an optimization of tendering process for subcontractors of a construction order. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part covers all aspects of this topic, which is to describe a works contract, its participants, the process of tendering, works contract and the process of optimization itself. The practical part focuses on a system of tendering process in a construction company. The thesis gives a detailed description of a public tender mechanism for subcontractors in relation to a specific works contract. The thesis also focuses on the tasks that are given to employees working on the works contract. The main goal of the thesis is to find effective approaches in order to improve the whole process of tendering.
Manager for Board Games

The main goal of this work is to design and realize an application for managing two programs playing against each other. At the beginning I'm discussing board games (especially their rules) and player's skill rating systems. Then there is short analysis of the actual situation in this area. Fundamental part of the work is the description of the designing and realization of the manager. After that there is short description how to control the application. In the end I'm evaluating achieved results and proposing additional directions for the program development.
The Impact of Financial Management of Fixed Assets on the Economy of Construction Companies

This doctoral thesis focuses on the impact of financial management of fixed assets on the economy of construction companies. The goal of financial management is to generate profit and provide financial stability. Financial stability is provided by managing the amount of fixed and current assets, the amount of equity and external capital. Therefore, in order to reach the objective of financial management, it is necessary to comply with the basic financial rules. Within the nationwide analyses of economic indicators for different industries, there are data published on the website of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, which relate in general to construction companies in the Czech Republic. For this reason, thesis is focused on given categories of construction companies (small, medium, large), which are defined by turnover, assets and number of employees, with largely focusing on Brno region. The thesis first established the research question incl. main goals, then research was conducted in the field of financial management of fixed assets and the subsequent setting of the research methodology based on the conducted research. The next step was to set up a methodical procedure for determining the impact of financial management of fixed assets on the economic result. The research studied whether categories fulfil all or part of the basic golden financial rules, such as the rule of risk equalization, the balance rule and the pari rule. The research also monitored the structure of assets (the ratio between fixed and current assets, etc. based on elementary methods of financial analysis). Next, the research focused on whether the impact of the financial management of fixed assets on the economic result is the same or different for given categories and established the best method of financing. In the conclusion, the benefit to the science and practice is commented on, a possible continuation of the research is listed here and the methodological procedure is commented here.
Word and the Music in the Contemporary Czech Melodrama - the Analytical Basis for the Music Education

Melodrama represents a unique form that combines musical and textual component in a very distinct manner. The submitted doctoral dissertation offers a complex analysis of the contemporary Czech melodrama and places it into a European and indispensable local context. The author emphasizes typical features of this genre and describes the possibilities of its further development by means of complex analysis of melodrama as a work of art together with the evaluation of its status in the contemporary musical culture. Complex analysis of the work of art is absolutely necessary in order to understand the addressed problematics. It is a starting point that offers a further insight into the main characteristics of the form, not only in an artistic sense but also in other contexts. It provides a space for analysis pursued in a pedagogical context, and it offers a base for the pedagogical interpretation of the artwork that is determinative for the analytical perspective of the submitted dissertation. Pedagogical dimension of this doctoral dissertation that focuses on melodrama fully corresponds. Melodrama is, in fact, a very appealing tool for the understanding of music. Piano in Contemporary Albanian Music

This dissertation deals with comprehensive analysis of contemporary Albanian piano pieces. There have been selected compositions with artistic and educational value for these purposes. The pieces also represent different genres of Albanian piano music. Genres are exceptionally important in this view; the stylish range was reduced, in recent past. The reason was based not on cultural field, but on strict ideological rules. Piano music is embedded in a broader historical context that allows to stress the peculiarities of the Albanian musical language and thereby to clarify the uniqueness and value of selected compositions for the educational needs. ABSTRACT: Work deals with possibilities of the development first year pupils' singing skills at elementary school on the basis of applying motivation elements of singing activities and the development of the pupil's interest in singing activity during the first year at elementary school. After sketching of the development of opinions on a younger pupils' singing education the author characterizes younger pupil's specialities, deals with a human voice including the development of the child's voice. After defining essential musical terms and a characterization of singing skills deals with a motivation and its applying in a school and in a musical educational process.
