This bachelor thesis is about a senior house. The object is placed on a mildly sloping terrain. A perimeter wall is made from lime sandstone blocks and inserted into a wall footing made from plain concrete. Ceilings are prestress panels SPIROLL. A roog is gabled A roof is vegetative with concrete tile, on a part of the roof is vegetative roof with lush vegetation. On the first floor is functionally divided into several sections. There is especially catering and facilities for residents. Next is boiler room and operational part. Surgery and workshop is a separate part of the house. On the first floor are also four flats. Second floor of the house is only for residential, there is 18 flats size 1+kk. The design documents are adapted into A documentation for realising a structure.

Family house design office

This bachelor thesis is about a family house with a design office. The object is placed on a land having a mildly sloping terrain. A perimeter wall is made from lime sandstone blocks and inserted into a wall footing made from plain concrete. Ceilings are assembled by a system Porotherm Miako. A roof is vegetative with lush vegetation. Operation of the obejct is functionally divided into two sections. The family house is medium-sized, intended for 4-5 family members. 5 residential rooms are likewise included. One section of the house has got a cellar. There are facilities in a basement for storing things and food. A garage provides parking for two cars. The design office forms a divided functional section. There is a separated office with a meeting room and facilities for 3-4 employees. The design documents are adapted into A documentation for realising a structure.

Differences in the behaviour of urban and rural populations of mammals

My bachelor thesis deals with the differences in the behavior of mammals, especially carnivores, primates, and rodents living in urban environments and their rural dwelling relatives. Human-induced landscape change often results in fragmentation and decline in the populations of animals living there. However, it can also contribute to the emergence of various new traits that might help the species successfully inhabit the environment affected by humans and their activity. The aim of this thesis is to determine whether populations of urban and rural mammals differ, especially regarding their activity, aggression, boldness, and exploration. To do so, I will focus on comparison of behavior of urban and rural populations of the same species.

Neoliberalism as an art of government : a Foucauldian analysis of neoliberalism

In this thesis I am concernced with a Foucauldian analysis of neoliberal government and application of this concept in the Petr Nečas's government. The Foucauldian analysis of power is a constant critical process that is supposed to modify according to changing terms. Foucault argues that the core of the art of government is a conflict. He doesn't understand the modern history as a history of law and peace. From the Foucauldian point of view the modern history has always been the history of conflict of two races. The winnig race determines law and rules of the whole society. It means that law and freedom are tools of governance. The basis of Foucault's concept is a relationship between power, knowledge and subject. This relationship constitutes technologies of governance. Foucault talks about three techniques - pastoral power, disciplinary power and bio-power. The bio-power is especially in the modern age. The modern art of government uses knowledge of experts (statistics, analyses, reports) for conduct of conduct. The inidividuals are not only the recepients of effects of power, but also they are distributors of power. Studie revitalizace rybníku Srpek

The Main focus of the presented bachelor thesis is to devise a study of current revitalization measures on the water reservoir Srpek and their evaluation. The theoretical part draws attention to the general revitalization, mud removing, the objects on the pond, technical elements and vegetation accompaniment during the revitalization process. The other part consists of legislation which is closely related with the revitalization. In the practical part there are characterized natural conditions and nature conservation in the observed locality. There is described the state of reservoir before revitalization, after it and 8 years after revitalization. There is evaluated the revitalization impact on the surrounding area and on the reservoir itself. Then there are offered additional measures which would increase the revitalization impact in the particular area.

Evaluation of the Effectiveness of Selected Investment and Assessment of Influence on Company's Financial Stability

The aim of this master thesis is to evaluate effectiveness of an investment project of a hotel reconstruction and assess of its impact on the company's financial stability. The theoretical part of the paper contains general theoretical background of investment decision-making and long-term financing. This section describes the processes of the preparation and the implementation of projects, the individual methods of evaluation the effectiveness of investments and the characteristics of possible methods of financing. Further it emphasises the importance of respecting the risk in the investment decision making. The practical part focuses on the general characteristics of the company and its enterprising intention. A very important section of this thesis is the evaluation of the effectiveness of the investment project which is based on three options optimistic, neutral and negative. These variants are affected by the occupancy rate of the hotel. Also, the risks of the monitored investment will be taken into account and examined in more details. This will help with the resulting decision about the implementation of the project.

Essence of the marketing mix creation in the selected company

The aim of bachelor thesis is to analyse and evaluate the marketing mix creation of the chosen product of the selected company which deals with production and sale of wiring accessories and lights. The theoretical part of my paper contains general theoretical background of marketing and especially the marketing mix. This section highlights and describes the importance of four marketing tools product, price, place and promotion; which are also referred to as 4Ps of marketing. The practical one focuses on the general characteristics of the company and its activity. A very important section of this thesis is the evaluation of the marketing mix of the chosen product and the creation of the strategy how to improve the current situation.
