The subject of this work is urban and architecture design of buildings of a city block in Brno or a new object, objects. Solved plot is situated at the crossing of the running along the embankment of the river Svratka and major radial direction Brno to Vienna. My solution is a creation a house on the ramp. The whole building is rising towards the significant corner, offering exceptional views of the city of Brno. Commercial parterre is situated to the Vídeňská Street, to the embankment is resting public space. There is in the house accommodation for students, university dining hall and small pub.
