Assessment of Risk Related to Violations of Labour Safety Regulations in Selected High-Risk Professions and its Prevention

This diploma thesis deals with the field of safety and health at work. Based on the Czech Republic, the EU, and Finland´s current state analysis, a questionnaire survey is conducted, followed by methods such as Brainstorming, What if and FMEA to eliminate and manage risks. The thesis aims to propose measures minimizing the risks associated with violation or non-compliance with safety principles in a selected risky profession of stonecutting. At the same time, the thesis provides a financial evaluation of the proposed measures.
Architecture in Landscape - Winery

The beautiful landscape arises winery that blends in with the surrounding landscape. The building is situated on the west side of Strachotín, Zadní láty, the place for me very attractive. The edge of the field are receding and there is the corner into which I placed the winery. There are two routes to the winery, one paved road through vines for the production and cars of visitors from the north and one from the cycle path along the waterfront reservoir Věstonická rises the footbridge to the winery. The building using the terrain configuration and working with it. For example, there is the possibility easiest way down the hill to the waterfront and cycle path.
Web Service for Effective Communication of Group of Users

This bachelor';s thesis is focused on design and implementation of web library "Chat of future". The result of this work is service, which allows user to create an easy and effective communication tool on his web pages, used for effective communication of group of users.
NEW ON THE „OLD“ – Brno, Bratislavská - Stará Corner

In searching for expression of the object, I first looked for the urban context which is reflected in the design of the object. The object illustrates a typical city block. It emphasizes the material which follows the surrounding bare shields and closes the space. The vast majority of the function of the object is focused on housing. Besides the main function there is also a section focusing on the conference and studio work, or at craft shops. The 1st floor is underground parking with 76 parking spaces and technical rooms. In 1.NP are entrances to relevant functions of the object. Studios are accessible from the north side entrance, which is covered by the actual volume of the building. Enter through the main reception area, which lectures and conferences. There are also inputs to the studios, exhibition spaces and social facilities. Commercial spaces have their own facilities and restrooms accessible from the main area of the sales. In 2 to 6 NP are residential units of various sizes. In 6.NP are apartments for wealthier residents with outdoor terraces.

Securities and book-entry securities - changes after recodification

61 Abstract The purpose of this thesis is to analyse new legislation on securities and book- entry securities enacted during the recodification of private law. The main legislation moved from the Act no. 591/1992 Coll., On Securities, into the Act no. 89/2012 Coll., The Civil Code. This thesis is divided into five chapters. The first chapter deals with the general definition of the concept of securities and booked-entry securities. It describes the definition of security that has been adopted from the Swiss Code of Obligations and describes the new concept of book-entry securities, which are now a substitute to securities and a separate legal institute. The second chapter briefly describes the functions of the securities. The third chapter describes forms of securities that are crucial for determination of methods of transfer of the securities. It also discusses enactment of legal presumptions of the form of the security that are used to determine form of securities in the case the form of the security is not entirely clear. Finally, this chapter deals with the question, whether the forms of book-entry securities are no longer distinguished.
