This master‘s thesis describes thermal calculation and design of proportions of calorific components of a heat recovery steam generator (HRSG) for given input parameters of flue gas and output parameters of steam. Part of the thesis is design proportions of boiler drums, irrigation and transfer pipes. On the end of the thesis is counting draught losses and design drawning of steam generator.
Steam boiler with grate firing burning mix coal and wood (mixing ratio 30/70-wood)

This diploma work attends to presentation of steam grid boiler for wood and brown coal burning in scale (30/70-wood) in load 60t/h, with parametres of outgoing vapour p=7MPa, t=490°C. The work is splitted to several chapters. At the beginning I’m going to make stechiometric calculation and entalpic calculations of air and compustion gas. After that I’m going to calculate heat balance, losses of boiler and set heat efficiency of boiler. Then I’m going to suggest combustion chamber of boiler and make heat calculation. After suggestion of combustion chamber I’m going to set proportions of pulls and heat-delivery surface. In last chapter I’m giong to check heat balance. Inclosure of my work contains drawing documentation of steam boiler.
The Boiler with natural circulation for burning wheat,rye and barley straw,20t/h

The aim of this thesis is to propose a grate steam boiler for combustion of straw from wheat, rye and barley output of 20 t / h The calculation is performed by stoichiometric calculation of elemental analysis to calculate the dimensions of a boiler heating surfaces. Default superheated steam can be used mainly for electricity generation.

This diploma thesis describes the design of steam boiler for combustion natural gas, which has a steam power 80t/hour. In the first phase is performed calculation of stoichiometric amount of combustion air and flue gas. After that follows constructional proposal of the combustion chamber. Furthermore continue by calculation heating surfaces of the boiler. In conclusion, the thesis is focused on designing the injections. To check the accuracy of the results is recalculated heat balance the whole boiler.

The aim of the thesis is the design of the steam grate boilers of 40 t/h for straw burning. The required parameters are generated steam temperature 420 ° C and a pressure of 5.5 MPa. The specified fuel is cereal straw with a calorific value of 9.5 MJ/kg. The calculation is made from the stoichiometric calculation of elemental analysis, to calculate the individual dimensions and heating surfaces of the boiler.

This diploma thesis is specialized on problems of electrical energy accumulation from renewable resources. This renewable resources used in Czech Republic are described in the first part. Next, in the second chapter is identification with principles of electrical energy accumulation. In the third part, there is a proposal of electrical energy accumulation system which makes a supply of electrical energy from photovoltaic system by the help of accumulation system in compressed air equally. In the final part, there is a total analysis of technical economic aspect for proposed system.

The Master’s thesis dealing with design of heat recovery steam generator with two pressure levels is split into nine sections. The first section describes the design and the layout of HRSG. The second part deals with heat calculation. The third section deals with design of flue-gas duct. The fourth part describes designs of individual heating surfaces, including steam superheaters, vaporizers and economizer. Next section shows the real temperature diagram and choice of the materials. The seventh section describes the calculation of outer pipelines and the eighth part deals with the drums design. The last section deals with the calculation of draft loss of steam generator.

The work deals with design of steam grate boiler with a output of 25 t/h, parameters of steam output p = 5.5 MPa, t = 475 °C and a temperature of feed water 105 °C. It is a boiler with natural water circulation by evaporation surfaces. Wood biomass is boiler fuel. The proposal consists of stoichiometric calculations, determination of boiler efficiency, thermal calculations and determinion geometric parameters of the boiler and its heat transfer surfaces. The boiler drawing is a part of the work.
Steam Boiler with grate firing RDF 70t/h, 4MPa, 400°C

The goal of this Master’s Thesis is to design a refuse derived fuel (RDF) fired steam boiler with 70 t/h processing ability. The assignment consists of requested output parameters of overheated steam and analysis of fuel components. This analysis was used for stoichiometric calculation of fuel. Furthermore, heat balance of the boiler was calculated, from which was determined the heat loss and the efficiency of the boiler. Individual designs and calculations of heating surfaces and boiler dimensions were carried out from requested output parameters.
