Both the device and common PC are generally a corner stone of each virtual laboratory, which can be also accessed via internet. Business valuation

The aim of the thesis is to determine the value of equity of the company Pivovar Svijany a.s. as of January 1st, 2013.The first chapters contain the theoretical basis of business valuation and the introduction of the analysed business itself. The main part of this thesis is focused on the analysis of macro and micro environment that helps to make the prognosis of the future development of the relevant market. The prognosis of the relevant market and so-called value drivers is then essential to draw up a financial plan which is then used to determine the value of the company for its owners. To assess the value of the company the DCF Entity Method and Guideline Public Company Method are used.
Financial Statement Analysis of Gumárny Zubří, a. s.

The aim of the thesis is to analyse financial health of the company Gumárny Zubří, a. s., using the financial statements covering the period from 2007 to 2011. In the theoretical part the process of financial statement analysis is introduced including its importance, goals, users, sources and methods. In the practical part after presenting the company the methods are applied on it. The most important findings are summed up in the closing part of the thesis.
The Evaluation of AERO Vodochody a.s.

The thesis deals with the valuation of the AERO Vodochody a.s (OJSC). The estimated value of the company refers to December 15, 2011. Internal value of private equity is determined in addition to the company value. Financial analysis of the company, analysis of the macroeconomic environment and industry analysis are applied in the process of valuation. The yield method of discounted free cash flow to the firm is applied for the company valuation. After delivery of the statement of the enterprise value the attention is focused on the analysis of the major factors that affect the resulting value of the company to December 15, 2011. The effects of individual factors are based on sensitivity analysis. Suggestions resulting in increase of the enterprise value in the future are presented. The enterprise value referred to December 15, 2012 is predicted using the Monte Carlo simulation method. Both the calculated values are compared after discounting the result of the simulation. The comparison result displays whether an increase in the company value is expected or not.
Motivation of employees to performance and their stabilization in the organization

This bachelor thesis is concerned with sphere of human resources management, concretely it is focusing on employee motivation and staff stabilization in an organization providing fast food. Theory describes the two mentioned notions. Further it explains individual motivation conceptions, work motivation, undesirable motivation, motivation system in a company and work contentment. The practical part presents situation of the real organization occurring on the czech labour market. Within the investigated case of the real firm the motivation system of the company, the methods of job evaluation and the system of norms are analysed. The proposal for improvement in researched areas is presented on the basis of the results of the evaluation. The mentioned recommendation can be applied in companies operating in the same area.
